This is a newly designed Condo. The new owners have put in over $40K into kitchen cabinets, stainless steal appliances, granite counters, new 55' tv in the living room with Blu Ray player. The master has a new $4000 temper pedic cloud supreme mattress. Also will have flat screens in the bedrooms. New full size front load washer and dryers, all new living room furniture, painting the entire condo, will have a door on the bunk room. The new look will bring this condo into a class of its own. We will be developing the WOW factor for you and your guests. This Unit is one of the best locations in the building. This is a front inside corner on the 9th floor. You wont find a Better unit and location in this building. You have access to see the pool, sunrises and sunsets allow for a full view of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sand beaches as well as the exotic tropical pool area with its tiki bars, bridges, fountains, hot tubs and zero entry pool. Without leaving the resort you can enjoy the fitness center, steam room, sauna and other spa services as well as the large heated indoor pool. Your rental also comes with a reserved covered parking space. Everything you could want or need off the beach is only a short distance away. We are across the street from Wal-Mart and next door to Pineapple Willy's, a Waffle House and major top-rated restaurants. In addition, you will find a couple of Red Box rental locations, Ripley's Museum, go-carts and other family activities all within walking distance of the condo. Pier Park, a short drive away, offers great shopping, dining and an exciting night life!
Should you need a photographer to capture some great memories we also have a recommendation for a gentleman who has taken some great family photos for us.

We are Dave & Marge Lewis from Big Rapids Michigan. We love this complex so much we decided to buy a 2nd unit to share with our friends and guest. We love being right on the beach with the view of the blue waters and white sand from our condo. The condo was not decorated for renting, it was done the same way we have done our home in Michigan. You will not find another condo at Shores of Panama any nicer than ours. So if you are looking for a great place to stay and a place you will hate to leave, then our condo is for you. We chose this location as a great location for year round use. Panama City has everything a bigger city has to offer without being so big you cannot get from one place to another. It has the best sand beaches we have found anywhere. After staying at the Shores of Panama we found we did not want to stay anywhere else.
You will love the 'resort' pool! It does not have the feel or look of a standard condo pool. It does have the look and feel of a great resort. We have stayed in several condos over the years and nothing has compared to what we have at the Shores of Panama. Our condo is done in such a way that you will not want to leave when the time comes and we have had several people who have extended their stay when we did not have someone coming right in behind them. So ENJOY! :)
Condo was just as described! Kitchen was well stocked with items to use, as well as items for the beach! We would definitely stay at this condo again!
The condo had a great view. We didn't have any issues or problems. Thanks so much the wonderful getaway.
Let me start by saying that when we arrived at this unit we could not get in. Had to make multiple phone calls and text to David to figure out the lock on the door. Come to find out you have to punch in a code and turn both doorknobs at the same time to get in. This was very inconvenient the entire stay. Very difficult for young kids to do this. Once we entered the unit we could immediately tell that this unit had not been cleaned. Or someone just skimmed over it. There was hair all over the unit and dirt and sand everywhere. Counters were dirty dishes were dirty and fridge or raider would not cool until day two. This unit is not updated as stated in the description of the unit. Landings were old looking and towels and washcloths were very ratty. We are very particular on the units that we stay in so please please please take our advice and do not stay here. The pool was dirty as usual and the grounds were dirty as usual. This is something that we come to expect at shores of Pana mall. There is a lot of traffic and this makes the location very disgusting and used.
I wish that I could give a quarter star instead of one star.
My family and i booked this condo last minute and man were we lucky! The condo is beautiful and the mattress in the master is incredible! Loved the beach stuff that we could use and the location is great! Our kids loved it and didn't want to leave... Definitely will be visiting again.
We enjoyed our stay at unit 903. Remodeled clean condo with so may extras. It had beach toys, chairs, umbrella, boards, and 2 beach buggies. The views are the best, we spend a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the beach and the pool. Kitchen is fully equipped, everything u need and then some. We will come back for sure:)
This is our fifth year staying at this unit. Always in perfect shape, clean and great owners and manager. We stay for a month every year and keep coming back. The issues with the pool and charges for access is because it is owned by a different "entity" then the unit or the building HOA. This "entity" makes things difficult sometimes for everyone. But the owners and manager of this unit always jump in and resolve it quickly if there is a problem. The problem is with the pool "entity" management. We have three kids and they love the beach and the pool. If you stay here you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend the unit and working with the owners and manager!
