Watch the hummingbirds and butterflies flit around the garden and the green monkeys swing through the trees on the nearby ridge. Sit on the balcony and enjoy watching the sunset over the sea or walk down to the sea front and buy fresh fish just as the boat

All being well, I can say that Rose and the rest of your back up team i.e. pool cleaner, general maintenance , cleaners all appear to work very well as a unit.

A credit to the property management / ownership and a great pleasure to experience .

A relaxed and comfortable stay

Villa is in a very nice location with all facilities you need close to hand. As described and advertised, it is comprehensively furnished and has everything needed to make it home from home. Pool area was a great favourite and the water was very warm . Cleaning of the pool area was meticulous ,(we had 3 visits from the pool cleaner). Clair the manager was available throughout out stay and was very thorough at ensuring all went smoothly. Villa situation is perfect with good restaurants and supermarket close by ,not that anywhere in Barbados is too far away! I cannot recommend this villa enough and can truly say that my family did not want to leave,especially our daughter who would have stayed in the pool for the entire holiday if she could. Many thanks to the whole team for providing a lovely place to stay in Barbados, we will be returning.

Great property in a fantastic location on the West Coast of Barbados

We had a perfect time at Holland Park - the house was comfortable for the 5 of us with plenty of room inside and out to lounge and relax. The house is very well equipped - everything you need at this home away from home. The Kitchen was well stocked - great if you prefer to cook and eat in. The pool and spa pool were a huge hit, with plenty of sunbeds for a relaxing day at the house. Holland Park is nicely decorated and everything was very clean. Beaches are close by (one is walking distance) and restaurants/shops etc are just a short drive away. The agent (Clair) was amazing - she looked after us and made sure our stay was hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent value, private and brilliantly-equipped

From start to finish, we had a brilliant holiday at Holland Park with our 3 kids (aged 7, 5 and 18 months) and my mum and dad over the New Year. Jo in the UK office dealt with my enquiry efficiently and was prompt and helpful throughout the booking process. The villa itself had enough space for everyone and everything we could possibly need was provided - high chair, cot, kids cups and plates, pool toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, every single kitchen pot, pan and utensil you could think of... It's a true home from home (it even had the same gas Weber BBQ as I have on my own patio). The pool area is lovely and the jacuzzi a novelty (the kids enjoyed splashing about in it). The local agent Clair and her husband Ian are real gems - they give you the warmest greeting on arrival and help you with anything you need (Ian drove me to the local fast food restaurant when we arrived to save us cooking). Clair also stocked the fridge for me so we didn't need to stress about shopping for groceries with hungry kids about. Location-wise, the villa suited us perfectly - within walking distance of one of the best restaurants on the island (Fish Pot - go for sure) and a lovely little beach for watching the incredible sunsets. It's just a 5 minute drive to Speightstown for the supermarket and other restaurants, plus Heywoods Beach (although our favourite beach was Reeds Bay, a little further down the coast). They are currently finishing building a villa opposite Holland Park which means the view of the sea is compromised; but it is still an attractive property and you can still see the sea from the balconies. Overall, a lovely place for a holiday and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it.

We loved it.

This house was as described. The sleeping arrangements and attached bathrooms were wonderful for the six of us. The house is beautiful, well maintained and well stocked. We were outside often and it is landscaped for privacy and enjoyment. The pool was perfect. The neighborhood was lovely and wonderful for walking and running and a short walk to the beach. We loved eating at the Fishpot restaurant(make reservations in advance) and buying fish from the fishing village below. The communication and service we received while booking and while in Barbados was prompt, friendly and informative. It is not far to Speightstown or Holetown or Mullins Beach if you want a beach with a restaurant/bar and watersports activities. We would recommend this property to all of our friends. The location is not in the heart of the nightlife, so if this is what you are looking for, would suggest Christ Church area or St. James, however this area has everything to offer, just more subdued. We had a car and would recommend that you hire one to see and enjoy the sights and activities of the island, however there is a bus service. You do get to see the green monkeys every day if you walk around the neighborhood!

Loved the island, loved the people, loved the local food and loved the accommodations. We will be booking here again!

The Parish of Saint Peter ('St. Peter') is one of eleven parishes in the Caribbean island country of Barbados. It is named after the Christian Apostle and patron saint, Saint Peter. It is located in the north of Barbados, and is the only parish besides Saint Lucy that extends to both the east and west coasts.

The Barbados 'Platinum Coast,' which extends through Saint Peter from the parish of Saint James just to the south, has helped to make Saint Peter a tourist hot spot. The parish is surrounded with white-sandy beaches including the world famous Mullins Bay. It also contains many rolling hills and terraces some of which are still covered by sugar cane, which was the island's chief cash crop during its colonial period. Within Saint Peter are also large tourist sites such as the Port St. Charles marina.

The property has six steps leading up from the gardens to the front/ back terrace, once inside the ground floor is level with no steps and wide doorways.
