This cozy and charming condo within Savannah's Landmark Historic District is just steps away from historic Greene Square, among the antebellum homes, and beneath the Live oaks dripping with Spanish moss. The famed Pirate's House is a short walk away and just beyond is exciting River Street. There is no more convenient location.

The parade route for St. Patrick's Day celebration is a block away.

Enjoy home-away-from-home comforts for your visit to 'America's most beautiful city.' Situated on the first floor of an historic, circa 1915 brick building, you will enter the condo via a private entrance in front and may step outside the back door to a shared courtyard. One bedroom plus a queen-sized convertible sleeper sofa accommodates up to 4 guests. One full bath with tub and shower. High quality linens and towels provided. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets and is outfitted with amenities needed to prepare a large meal. The living room provides seating for a total of 6 (the table under the tv converts to seat four people and 2 at the coffee bar). There is a flat screen TV, Roku streaming player and netflix along with a bluetooth speaker system. High-speed WiFi is also included.

The condo is pet friendly. The fee is $25.00 per pet.

PARKING - There is both Metered Parking and FREE Parking! Parking is very easy at this location (considering you are in the hear of the city). There are meters right across the street and there is usually one or two spots open at all times. The meters are FREE on Saturday and Sunday and are enforced Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. If you go less than 1/2 of a block to Greene Square, Parking is free, as well as on the other side of our building. You may also pay for a visitors pass at the Welcome Center which allows you to park at meters and not have to pay.

EARLY CHECK-IN! Our standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Text when you get into town to see if you may check in early.

About Jennifer Restivo

My husband and I moved to Savannah in 2006 from Carmel, California. We traveled here in 2005 to 'meet the parents' before we married. When I saw the price of real estate for historic homes, the decision was instantly made to travel cross-country for a new adventure! Nearly nine years later we are still excited about our decision. I currently manage two long term rentals and two vacation rentals in the historic landmark district.

This space boasts 14 foot ceilings and is less than a 10 minute walk to River Street! It is airy, bright and recently updated. It's location combined with the price is next to none! Walk across the street to enjoy a meal at Cha Bella or grab a Conquistador sandwich at Zunzi's for a picnic in Greene Square.

What makes this condo unique

Location, location, location. Also, our rates are generally 1/3 to 1/2 of The Brice Hotel, which is two blocks away. For the price, this unit really goes above and beyond a typical hotel. Our beds are very comfy as well. The pull out bed comes with a 3' foam topper to put on top of the mattress to make it just as comfortable as a normal bed.

I've stayed in many VRBO and AIRBNB rentals because I prefer the homelike feel and personal touches over a hotel. While the accommodation and location are extremely important, the host can really make or break a stay. Jennifer was extremely accommodating, personal, quick to reply and overall made me feel so comfortable communicating with her and welcome in her home. You can't beat the accommodation or location of her apartment, and you get an attentive, responsive and amazing host to make your stay top notch. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location!

Perfect for our anniversary getaway... clean and cozy! Great location in historic district. We were able to walk almost everywhere...Savannah is an amazingly beautiful city full of historic southern charm!

We hope to return and bring our children to Savannah!

Perfect space for two people. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

This apartment is located at the edge of the historic district of downtown Savannah. It is ideally located and an easy walk to the riverfront, shops and museums. Everything in the apartment was as advertised. Very happy with our experience and would stay here again.

Strong smell of pet odor

I do not complain. Unfortunately this situation deserves a review. I arrived late on the first day so after looking around to make sure everything was in order I went to bed. The next morning I opened the bedroom door into the living room, and was hit with an overpowering smell of urine. The smell seemed to come from the very stained rug in the living room and the couch by the window. The smell was also in the kitchen by the back door. I contacted The owner who apologized and stated she would send over cleaning people. The cleaning people came in while I was out took away the rug, and a comforter from the back of the couch. The owner contacted me to ask me if it was resolved. I advised her it was not. It was better. The owner then asked me to use a spray bottle she had in the closet every time I went out to get rid of the smell. I also washed the kitchen floor and used fabreeze. The owner asked me twice what I wanted for compensation. I advised her what she thought would be fair would be fine. When I left I texted the owner letting her know the smell was still present and that I had cleaned. I also told her the apartment was lovely and I hope that she could resolve the problem. I received a text back from the owner that was very nasty stating that she had gone in with cleaners and nobody had smelled the smell. That her and her husband were Sommeliers and had good olfactory senses and neither of them could smell urine there. The owner also wrote that she had asked me twice what I wanted for compensation and I did not answer her which is incorrect. I then wrote her back stating I was a nurse and knew the smell well. I also explained I was trying to be polite, and did answer her back about compensation. I then told her I wanted half my stay refunded. After waiting for a response for four days I was told I was going to get the cleaning fee back as well as the refundable damage fee. This did not come close to compensating my stay.I also advised her at that point that she had a woman living in a car across the street from the apartment. The owner advised me she was aware. As it turns out the owner refunded me the damage security fee only. I did take this to home away and filed a complaint also sending them all the texts. My husband and I love to travel and have used home way before, we were very pleased with past experiences. I would strongly recommend not using this particular Apartment.

Owner's Response: I immediately responded to Virginia's complaint of smell. I do allow dogs in my units, so I am very sensitive to smell.I would never want to compromise the stay of my guests. I also have two dogs, three cats and nine chickens - I know pee ;0. I just had surgery so I brought two people over with me to do the cleaning as I could not bend down. None of us smelled pet urine. We scrubbed the couch with a "spot bot" which is a mini- carpet / upholstery cleaner. We mopped the floors with floor cleaner and sprayed "bac out" all over the couch and the floors, which kills the pet urine enzymes (if there are any present). We removed the rug (before cleaning) and the quilt on the back of the couch, just in case these items had "The Smell". We did the same at the back door area and the walls near the back door. The ONLY thing any of us smelled was a faint scent of smoke when we walked into the courtyard like someone had just smoked a cigarette. I took the rags home and sequestered them as to see if pet urine smell developed when they dried - No smell three days later. I called the two groups of people who stayed before her and the guest who stayed after her. NONE of them said there was any kind of urine smell. Virginia also stated that it got better and worse throughout the stay - not sure how that is possible? And to address the homeless person in the Jeep across the street. I had NO Idea there was a person living in the car. I did, however, know that the Jeep was abandoned per my cleaners. The second the cleaners notified me, I was on the phone with parking services and the police. It took over two weeks to finally get the car tagged for removal. This process started before Virginia arrived. There was also a large 8x10 bright orange paper on the car that showed it was tagged for removal (during her stay). Judging by the over 150 reviews, I would say that I am very responsive to all of my guests. In this situation I was at a loss.

Amazing vacation!

My best friend and I had a wonderful time staying here in Savannah! Everything was super close and walking distance! Absolutely loved the recommendation binder that Jennifer left for us. Definitely will be back for another mini vacation!

Loved our stay!!

The apartment was perfect for my two sisters and I for a weekend. It is easy walking distance to different parts of town! Check in and check out was very easy. The beds were comfy, great water pressure, and there is Netflix! We did have to move our parking spot because of the street sweepers, but we had no trouble finding close parking. We will definitely be returning!
