This security patrolled, gated high-rise is located directly at the intersection of 161 and Perdido Beach Blvd, which puts you right at the heart of all of the Orange Beach excitement!
Unit 1006 is located on the 10th floor. This three bedroom, two-bathroom unit features its own fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and private Gulf front balcony.
The Master bedroom features a King size bed and private bath. There is also balcony access from this bedroom. Bedroom 2 features a Queen size bed and bedroom 3 offers two double beds. There is an additional full bath for convenience.
This property has paid parking. One parking pass is included in the price quote. The property will allow up to two cars per unit. If you want to purchase the 2nd parking pass please let us know.
Summerchase is close to most all of Orange Beach's area attractions and walking distance to shopping and great local restaurants.

What makes this Condo unique
Summerhouse is gated and security patrolled. Summerhouse also has a large outdoor pool and kiddie pool.

Okay - but could be better
First - the management company Liquid Life was great. They responded quickly and had everything ready for us when we arrived. Will not hesitate to visit a Liquid Life property again.
The condo - The space was good, the view was great. The beds were adequate. The carpet desperately needs cleaning or replacing. Black out curtains for the rooms on the front of the building would help block out the lights that are on all night.
The building - We thought it was thundering any time the folks above us opened or closed the sliding door. You are not allowed to go through the building (though there are doors) to and from the beach. You are required to go out the front door and walk around the building. To do that you go through 3 gates and walk through both pool areas. I understand that they don't want sandy beach equipment going through the building, but we were carrying only our beach bags.
The location -
Good: Very close to Publics and several good restaurants. Try Big Fish and for a great upscale experience, Fisher's Upstairs.
Not good:Very close to a major intersection. Traffic made it difficult and sometimes impossible to make a left turn out of the property. We almost always turned right and the turned around a little ways down the road.
