Calypso east tower 2nd floor unit!! Great views, no waiting in line for the elevators!

Enjoy the breathtaking gulf front view from our 30 foot balcony. The spacious living room and master bedroom are oceanfront and provide great views of the gulf. During peak spring and summer weeks enjoy the convenience of only walking up a flight of stairs to avoid the long elevator wait times.

The master bedroom suite features a king size bed, sliding doorway to the balcony, television, large bathroom with walk-in closet, oversized soaking tub, separate shower, and private Watercloset.

Bedroom #2 (almost a second master) features a queen bed, wonderful eastern exposure/ocean views, and connecting private bath with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes two single beds, television, and another connecting, full private bath with tub/shower.

Leave your car in the covered free parking available at calypso for the duration of your stay! No need to drive your car anywhere

The calypso resort is conveniently located across the street from pier park. Pier park is an upscale 1 million square foot outdoor shopping and entertainment center including 16 movie theaters, numerous restaurants, retail stores, amusement rides and free outdoor summer concerts on Thursday evenings. At supper time, crossing the street from the calypso gives you direct access to several family oriented restaurants: jimmy buffet's Margaritaville, reggae J's island grill and long horn steakhouse to name a few. For the coffee lovers there is a Starbucks. For the shoppers, targets, Dillards and Jc penny are all within a 5 minute walk.

The calypso resort has two gorgeous Laguna shaped 175 foot pools which are directly on the beach. Just walk down a few stairs through the tropical landscaping and you are on standing on a white sand beach. Don't forget to stop at the Tiki bar on the way down for a delicious frozen drink that you can enjoy on the beach.

The condo is located on a 28 mile white sand beach. Run or walk to your heart's content. If walking is not your thing and you need a break from the sun, we encourage you to use the workout room located on the 2nd floor. Exit the workout room, walk down the hall and you are back in our condo. For your convenience, there is a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room located directly in the condo. For the internet savvy, stay connected with free wireless internet internet that we provide in the condo!

A $300 security deposit by check or credit card, pay-pal, or check discard is required to reserve the condo for your travel dates. One-half of the the check for the balance of the rent is due 60 days before check-in and the other half is due 30 days before check-in. Fees for payments by credit card will be deduced from your security deposit when it is returned to you. We only rent weekly during spring break weeks and summer months with Saturday check-in and checkout. Check-in time is 3:00pm CST and check-out is 10:00am.

This unit is non-smoking and we can't allow pets. Minimum age for the renters is 25. Any reservations made under false pretense will be subject to loss of deposit and rental fees and you will be forced to leave by onsite security.

Why Owner/Property Manager chose Florida Panhandle

My partner from Atlanta convinced me to visit the area three years ago. My wife and I fell in love with Panama City Beach and Pier Park. We love the pier, the white sand beaches and the beautiful weather. This is why we have invested in this great piece of property.

Family vacation

We loved staying here during our family vacation, everything was very clean and looked like the pics advertised!! Our kids loved the pools and that we could walk to the Boardwalk!!! I also would like to mention that the owner's were very quick to reply and made sure of stay was delightful!!

Beautiful condo!! Everything that was needed was available. Loved that it had lots of sand toys for the kids. We had a teen,tween and an infant and this condo had plenty of room!!! It was beautifully decorated and loved all the windows!! Would definitly recommend to anyone.

BEAUTIFUL CONDO IN EXCELLENT LOCATION

My husband & I have been spending a week at Calypso every October since the first or second year it was open; sometimes just the two of us, other times with my daughter, and now my daughter, her husband, and our two granddaughters. This year the other in-laws joined us, too. Needless to say, we have stayed in practically every floor plan Calypso has available and have rented from some great people over the years. Greg's 201 East condo was truly a standout in terms of décor, location, amenities, and comfort! The end location can't be beat...we enjoyed an impromptu music session at the little hotel next door right from our balcony this year! The 3 Bedroom 3 Bath provides ample room for a family. There is tile throughout the condo and the beds are super comfortable with nice bedding and plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen had everything we needed as well as a few cleaning supplies not provided in most units. We travel with a large group of friends and always gather at the end of the East Pool and it was nice that we could interact with our friends from the balcony as well. I have to mention that Fatty's Sandwich Shop across the street delivers to the Calypso pool (daily when we are all there) and has excellent food! The proximity to Pier Park is another huge plus for staying at the Calypso! I highly recommend this unit! Thank you so much, Greg, for providing us with a lovely venue for another great family vacation!
