The wide-open kitchen is well outfitted and offers all your cooking needs.
There is a "whole house" water filtration system in place as well as a 2nd filtration system under the kitchen sink for tap water and a 3rd filter on the refrigerator to give you perfectly pure drinking water and ice.
The house is outfitted with the latest technologies. High speed wifi is available as well as smart tvs in all 3 bedrooms as well as the living room. All tvs are setup with Netflix and Amazon accounts turned on as well as Direct Tv.
Kayaks as well as life jackets are available for guest use off of the floating dock. Bicycles are available to ride around the beautiful Pelican neighborhood.
Washer and dryer are available in garage. 4 beach chairs and umbrella are available to take to the beach. Guests are welcome to use the hammock and BBQ out on the patio. You can get to Key West by walking (ok, not really) but...
You could, if you desired, stroll down, on foot or by car to the Tarpon Point Marina, hop a shuttle boat to Fort Myers Beach, and once you get there, you can hop a ferry to Key West! Reservations are a must!
