Villa Leila is a stunning 300m2 modern Ibiza style villa with a large private pool. It has been decorated with both style and comfort in mind and offers spacious bright rooms and living areas with superb views over the Garraf Natural Park.

This villa offers you the chance to relax, unwind and enjoy your holiday knowing that all possible services and mod cons are available. There are numerous terraces off athe bedrooms, living areas and by the pool, all perfect for sunbathing, reading or just chilling.

The upper and lower sleeping areas are separated by a spacious open plan living/dining room with a large fully equipped modern kitchen on the main floor – this layout makes Villa Leila ideal for groups or 2 families wishing to share a space yet maintain some privacy.

The large decked pool with outdoor dining area is for sole use of guests. Importantly, if travelling with kids, the main floor with the open plan area has a terrace overlooking the pool area.

Also, 2 roof terraces, 1 large (70m2) fitted with chillout furniture is perfect for enjoying a sundown drink and spectacular early morning sunrise and the other roof terrace is like a little hideaway…

Main Floor

◾The entrance to this villa sets the scene for what lies inside.. a beautiful wooden door entrance into a large spacious hall with ceiling to floor French doors that guide you into the main living area.

◾As part of this open plan main floor there is large salon with great views, 2 large L shaped sofas – a perfect relaxing/social/chilling area. Dining table seating for 12 plus breakfast bar with seating for 4. Living room has fully functional chimney, 42′ flat screen TV, DVD and stereo.

◾The kitched is a fully equipped modern kitchen with fantastic island – perfect for socialising. Dishwasher, double sink, Vitroceramic hob, extractor fan, built-in oven, microwave, fridge plus freezer, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, and all kitchen essentials- everything!

◾A Utility Room houses a washing machine, ironing board, Iron, separate laundry sink, pantry, hoover etc.

The ground floor has a large open plan space with access to terrace and pool. This space can comfortably accommodate up to two more people and can be closed off to be a sixth bedroom.


Private swimming pool 8x4m for private use of guests only, surrounded by wooden sundeck with sunbeds and stunning views of the Natural Park and Olivella hills. There is an alcove seating area hidden under the stairs. A built in BBQ & alfresco dining area for 12 people. The front of house garden also has a terraced area which overlooks the kids play area and is perfect for those wishing to get away from the sometimes busy pool environment. No shortage of terraces and getaways in this villa.

Great villa and would highly recommend going through utopia villas. The only downside was the fact that there is only air con on the top floor and it is really needed throughout the house.

Excellent stay in September 2011

We had a wonderful stay in Villa Leila in September 2011. Villa Leila is spacious?, nicely decorated and well equipped for carefree living. It is located in the mountains in quiet place surrounded by pine trees. Fresh air filled with aroma of pines, great mountain view, swimming pool are good for relaxation and yoga practice. At the same time you may enjoy nightlife of Barcelona and Sitges that can be easily reached by car.

I recommend the stay at Villa Leila as a great opportunity to have both types of vacation relaxing or active as your like.

Great Getaway

There were six of us in total which included myself , wife and daughters and grandparents . Everything was as advertised and Emilio most helpful both prior to and upon arrival .

The location is great with Sitges a 15 minute drive away , Barcelona within one hour (although probably easier to take a train from Sitges) and both Carrefour and Lidl a short drive away for provisions .

If you like biking I'd highly recommend taking either a mountain or a road bike as the trails and roads nearby are perfect . I did not and it was a regret . Also as a keen runner I found the roads and trails excellent if a little hilly for my taste .

We had an excellent time mainly relaxing at the villa either swimming or evening barbeques . Minor downside is the guard dogs at other villas which seem to bark a lot at night and somewhat spil the tranquility .

Overall an excellent place and I'd have no hesitation in staying again or indeed recommending it as a base for a holiday .

Villa Leila June 2011

We decided to have a European Holiday including my daughters famile (husband and 1 grand child) and sons family (wife and 2 grand children) and my wife and I. Emilio was excellent in answering all questions and providing feed back for some medical conditions of the grand children which thankfully we never had to use.

The villa itself is set up very well for large groups or families with pleanty of dishes/glasses/seating area/and space. The upper Balcony area was wonderful to relax on after the children were in bed and to watch the sun set over the mountains while sipping a chillled glass of Sangria.

Location of the villa is convient to Stiges but do to its location close to the national forest is very quite and peaceful. Other that the other viall security dogs barking at night the neighborhood is very quite. Would highly recommend the villa for people wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of big city and still have the convience to take a short drive and enjoy the wonderful Mederterain ocean and beaches in Stiges (About 20 minutes away by car) . Many side trips are easily reachable in 45 minutes or less (Barcelloa etc.) but the lcoation allowed our familes time to spend together as a family, Playing with the grand kids, Playing cards with the adults after the kids were in bed. Enjoing family meals all together was really what i found wonderful.

If you rented a 3000 foot cabin on a lake somewhere you may get the same bang for your buck but sangria just tastes better when your sitting in Spain. We would definatly do this again in the future.

One note due to the elevation the villa temperature and weather can be dramatically different than that on the coast. A nuber of days a light rain was falling at the villa but in Stiges the sun was shing and the temperature 10 degrees warmer.

Beautiful villa exactly as advertised. Well appointed with everything you could possibly need. We were a party of 9 (including 3 young grandchildren) and we had plenty of room to spread out. We had an absolutely wonderful vacation.

Excellent house for 2 families with kids

We were there last autumn in October. The weather was nice, although you can always ask for more sun but only one person is in charge there !

The house was excellent to stay in, a bit difficult to find the first time.

We were 2 families 2 x parents, 2 x kids 18 years of age and 2 x kids 15 years of age.

The house was excellent because you had room for one family at the top floor(2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom), one family at the lower floor(3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) and the common room including kitchen and huge Sofa/TV area at the middle floor(1 half bathroom), this way you could stay on your own if you wanted to, but who wanted that with the excellent common room that invited for gathering.

The common room was perfect for gathering, the young people was either playing games, reading or watching TV while the adults was cooking while tasting the local wine, all kitchen facilities available.

The outside areas was perfect for sun-bathing and taking a dive in the pool(although a bit cold at this time of the year). Also nice barbecue area(but no sun after 15:00 hrs. at the time of year we were there)

The owner provided an outstanding service just to e. g. the 4 "boys" wanted to watch a second football match at Camp Nou(champions league) but could not get tickets, the owner was contacted for help and managed to get us tickets, outstanding service.

The house was equipped with central heating and this worked perfect.

The house was well maintained and clean upon arrival and we bought the after stay cleaning for a fair price, very convenient.

The location of the house was perfect for going into Barcelona(approx. 25-30 min with car or taking the train from Sitges) or going to Sitges(aprrox. 10 min with car) and the excellent beaches and even though we were there in October did the Mediterranean behave with a very nice temperature. Sitges is a very quit, nice and cozy city.

Also very good golf courses was very close to the house(one of the families are enthusiastic golf fanatics)

There are both nice restaurants in Barcelona and in the nearby city Sitges

The overall score for our experience with the houses and the surroundings was perfect but I am sure you would see the full potential of the house better in the summer period(warm pool and better use of the terraces, not so much sun in the autumn)

Budhist Monastery 7 min by car in the middle of the Garraf Natural Park.

Vilafranca del Penedes, famous for its wines only 6 min by car.

Portaventura theme park and water park 45 mins by car.

City centre Barcelona 35 mins by motorway - 35km.

Montserrat Mountain and Monastery 1 hour away.

Other Activities: Paint Ball, Wine tours

Golf: Sitges Golf Club is just 12 min away by car.

Ski: La Molina Ski Resort in the Pyrenees is 1,5 hours by car.

A booking deposit of 30% of the total villa rental is required to reserve the villa.
The remaining 70% can be paid 6 weeks in advance of arrival date by bank transfer or in cash on arrival - to be agreed at time of booking.
A damages deposit of €700 and a cleaning fee of €200 will be required either by bank transfer 6 weeks in advance or in cash upon arrival.
Please Note: the damages deposit will be returned 48 hours after departure by bank transfer if everything in order even in circumstances where it is paid in cash.
During Winter months an additional €100 is charged for heating

CHECK INS – Check in is normally after 16:00. Where possible, we will endeavour to accommodate early arrival times but in high season this is unlikely. Check in is at our office on Calle Jardi 16, Sitges 08870. All guests are required to register with a passport or National ID card and the register may be inspected by the local police from time to time.
LATE CHECK INS - from  8pm – 12pm or on Sundays anytime will incur a charge of €40 per villa. A check in after midnight any day will incur a charge of €75 per villa. Our office hours are Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm Saturdays: 10:00 am -  8:00  pm (High Season) Sundays/ Public Holidays   : CLOSED
CHECK OUT is before 11am on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Check out requirements apply to all villas and are available at the villa and upon check in.  Failure to adhere to these check out undertakings will result in additional charges being levied.

A non refundable booking deposit of 30% is required to secure reservation. The remaining 70% must be paid 6 weeks in advance of arrival date. Payments accepted by bank transfer. Balance payments in cash can also be arranged.
A safety (damages) deposit of €700 and a cleaning fee of €200 is to be paid in cash or by bank transfer prior to arrival. The damages deposit will be returned within 7 days.
