WE RENTED THIS UNIT IN FEBRUARY 2008 AND FOUND IN THIS CONDO A PARK CITY LOCATION THAT IS NOT ONLY CLOSE TO ALL THE ACTION, BUT PEACEFUL AND QUIET, SO WE BOUGHT IT !!
THE UNIT SET UP FOR FAMILIES OR COUPLES AND
IS DECORATED WITH RUSTIC FURNITURE AND IMPECCIBLY MAINTAINED. WE ARE INTERESTED IN SHARING OUR SECOND HOME WITH RESPONSIBLE FAMILIES AND FRIENDS THAT APPRECIATE AN UPSCALE CONDO AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE TO CREATE FOUND MEMORIES OF THEIR OWN.
The unit is located right next to the newly developed Redstone Center. Redstone has an eight-screen multiplex theatre, numerous restuarants and shops including RedStone Grill, Starbucks, Cold Stone Creamery, Panda Express, Whole Foods, Wild Oats gourmet grocery store, Smith's grocery store and many other specialty stores. Loads of sports activities right nearby.
Park City is known as the GREATEST SNOW ON EARTH. Our condominium is located within minutes to three world-class ski resorts. Ski the Canyons, Park City, and Deer Valley all on the same trip. Also near Sundance, Brighton, Snowbird, Alta, and Solitude. Park City is home of the Sundance Film Festival.
Our condominium is across the highway from the Utah Olympic Park. Watch the ski jumpers practice while having your morning coffee from our kitchen table view.
Only 30 quick minutes from Salt Lake City Airport. Our condominium features high ceilings, great views, granite countertops, alderwood cabinets, brand-new appliances, and rustic furniture. Jetted tub in master bath. Full-size washer and dryer. Private ATTACHED garage parking, get into a warm car everyday from the house.
Fifty-percent deposit will secure reservation. Full payment required two weeks prior to stay. Deposit is non refundable if cancelled within 60 days. Full payment is non refundable if cancelled within 30 days of reservation start date unless new renter is obtained.
Our family of 5 had been vacationing in Utah for about 7 years. We love the Park City area and the snow is great. We had looked at buying a property for several years. When we visited Park City in February 2008 we stayed in this condo and found it had everything we wanted and it was for sale. We now get out to Utah a lot more often and keep finding new things to do and see in the area.

We like that we can walk to dinner at night if we want, but there are grocery stores nearby if we choose to eat in. So, we are close to everything but our unit is still quiet. We have everything we need to have a very comfortable stay, so much better than a hotel room.
With a list of "things to do" in the Park City area (visiting relatives, going to the UW/Utah game, being outside) our busy family loved the rental in Kimball Junction. The three bedrooms came in handy (with two small children), the cleanliness so appreciated, and the convenience of having nature walks and stores within walking distance was perfect. Everything was in good working order (we suspected the low water flow in the bathrooms was probably true for all of Park City for conservation) and the layout was great for a family. A bonus for the two year old were the games and the bonus for the adults was cable TV! We would definitely rent again (and could afford the reasonable rent!) and highly recommend this unit.
This condo was perfect for our family vacation of 5. Location, location, location - at a reasonable price we could afford! Right next to any and all shopping, across the street from the Olympic Park, and within minutes of fantastic skiing. The unit was very clean and well equipped. Plenty of room to relax after a long day. The owners were very responsive and worked with us even with a late evening flight - which was greatly appreciated with anxious kids! I would highly recommend this unit.
The condo was nice and well-kept, had everything we needed. Garage is convenient and roomy for all your ski stuff. Walking distance to several restaurants, shops, entertainment and still only a very short drive to Canyons, Park City, and Deer Valley ski areas. Great value and owners very responsive. I highly recommend.
Spend the day skiing, getting there by shuttle to various ski slopes nearby, come home for a hot shower, a drink by the fireplace and then a short walk to numerous restaurants. The location is perfect and the condo is set up for any type of group. We was there in winter and summer. In summer, there are many day trips within an hours drive to mountain bike trails, white water rafting, tour of Salt Lake City, etc. Again, great location and beautiful condo nearby lots to see and do!
A nonstop flight (Delta) from the New York City area and then a short drive brings you to this very clean, quiet, comfortable condo in the Canyons. The condo is located within walking distance to stores and restaurants. There is a garage for off street parking and a washer and dryer in the unit. This is an area with many things to do - near Park City and Deer Valley. I have been there in December and July - both seasons offering a great vacation.

50% of rental rates within 4 days of reservation to confirm reservation, the remaining 50% of rental rate, plus $150 cleaning fee paid to cleaning service (no mark-up) and $200 damage deposit which is quickly returned after stay assuming no damage to condo.
