Dirty and unsafe
We weren’t aware that we would be presented with massively steep stairs as the only possible entrance to the place. We have bad knees and little dogs who can’t navigate stairs so this was quite a problem. One of our dogs tripped trying to go down them, fell /rolled the rest of the way until we luckily caught her just before she crashed at the bottom. Then, the first thing we saw were Trump stickers on the fridge, along with Regan stickers, other political posters, and a book about Hitler. The shower in the master had hair on the walls, the toilet had something kind of gross on it, the flatware and knives had food stuck to them, the dinning table was dirty, and the cutting board in the center of the kitchen felt kind of slimy. Towels and linens smelled bad. There weren’t any directions on how to work the TV, after a couple of messages back and forth with the owner, we just gave up. There also weren’t instructions about WiFi. The bed was very comfortable, but also extremely high off the ground. Lots of safety concerns like ladders propped up in the closet and baby gates propped up on walls (nothing holding them in place) that could easily have fallen over on our little dogs. text messages from the host werent very friendly. All in all it was disappointing, we don’t recommend it.
A very warm and inviting place.
We had a great time at this condo. The location was great for my family to visit. Every one had a great time there. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Shawn was very nice and treated us when we arrived. He responded very quickly to my e-mails. The condo was warm and inviting and made us feel like we were home. Thanks for everything Shawn
Cute, comfy, convenient
This is a comfortable, charming condominium in an older building in the Arts district in downtown Paducah. It’s clean and attractive, we felt very safe, and it was great to be able walk to get coffee or to have a drink. The hosts are on-site and very friendly and flexible. Would definitely stay again!!
