2 Holmleigh is an attractive and sunny first floor flat near the centre of Salcombe with 2 parking spaces, very comfortably furnished to a high standard, and with good views over the estuary and South Pool Creek. There is a large sunny roof terrace with outdoor furniture and BBQ. It sleeps 6 with versatile sleeping as all rooms have zip and link beds. The apartment is conveniently situated about 5 minutes walk down to the town and waterfront and has very easy access for cars in and out of Salcombe and to the boat park. Free Wi Fi.
Salcombe is Devon's most southerly town. Sheltered inside the Kings bridge Estuary, Salcombe retains its peace and quiet by favouring the pedestrian over the motorist this has attracted exclusive shopping and good restaurants to the area. Wonderful safe boating and beautiful beaches some of which can be accessed by a charming ferry from the centre of town. Other beaches have car parks making it great for small children. The coastal walks are spectacular. A wonderful holiday destination even in bad weather.
This spacious apartment is sunny and light with a very large and sunny roof terrace with BBQ overlooking the estuary. An ideal spot to enjoy your meals al fresco. The generous amount of parking space and central location makes this apartment an ideal holiday destination.
The interior is recently re decorated and the vi spring superking beds make for a good nights sleep.

Beautifully presented home with views across the bay. Everything was high quality from the (very) comfortable beds to the kitchen ware. New state of the art TV complete with netflix (good when baby sitting!!). The owner was extremely helpful and charming with tips about beaches with rock pools for toddlers! 2 parking spots were helpful and a short walk to the town meant that we didn't need the car too much. Would definitely recommend this place to friends.

We had a terrific week staying at here. This is a spacious, well furnished flat and the huge double beds are extremely comfy. We were lucky the sun was shining at times and we could sit outside on the balcony enjoying the views over the estuary. We were very impressed that the flat is so well cared for and equipped and we are looking forward to our next stay. Brilliant that there were two car parking spaces. Gold dust in Salcombe!

A beautiful sunny flat which is very well looked after. We have stayed here about 5 times now and love it. Fabulous high ceilings, big windows, amazing views, beautiful furnishings and comfortable beds!
We have always found it very clean and well appointed. The proximity to the town is great and the roof terrance and parking a real bonus especially in a town with such restricted parking and private outside space. I could not recommend this property more highly and the owner has always been so helpful and friendly. We have booked to go twice this year! We love it.
We had a fantastic week in Salcombe at this apartment, it is clearly a very well looked after property. The views from the balcony were a real treat and lovely to have the outside space. It feels like a home away from home with everything we needed provided and the private parking area made things very easy. We would definitely recommend this property and will come again.
Salcombe is the Southernmost town in the South Hams: an area of unspoilt natural beauty, so rich and varied, there is always something new to discover. Salcombe is surrounded by tranquil countryside with a magnificent scenic coastline.
Take the A379 from Kingsbridge.
On arrival in Salcombe turn left following signs to Boat Park and Swimming Pool (Onslow Road).
Continue down hill.
Turn 3rd right into Lakeside. The car park is immediately on your left and the allocated parking spots are marked '2'.
