About Donna DeNapoli

My husband and I met in Hawaii while we were both stationed there during our military service. Since then, we have traveled the world together following my military career, but our hearts belong to St. Augustine. Our family and friends are here, and its one of those places that is so warm, welcoming and embeds itself in your soul. I've been coming to St. Augustine and its beaches since I was a child and love this area. I introduced my hubby to the area in 2000, and he loved it as well. We've lived in St. Aug, but we are both originally from up north; I am from Pennsylvania and my husband, from Michigan. I attended Flagler college, and in the next few years we plan to find our permanent roots after our military retirement. We love this little neighborhood by the sea, its quiet, has easy beach access, and is close to everything. Take one long walk on the beach, and I am pretty sure you will agree!

Guestbook comments from the manager

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely beach house, we are from Ecuador-South America and our daughter lives here in FL for three years so we are so happy because we celebrated her graduation from Flagler College in this beautiful house. Its amazing your details, the bikes, the decoration is fabulous and I really like this. Thank you for these 8 fantastic days, the pool is really nice and the toys are wonderful for the kids. I hope to come back for more time because 8 days is not enough

You don't have to go to Orlando to find attractions for the whole family to enjoy; St. Augustine has a long list of great entertainment venues. From historic destinations like the Oldest School House and Castillo de San Marcos, to museums like Ripley's Believe it Or Not! and the Spanish Quarter, to family favorites like Marineland and Adventure Island, there's plenty to do and see in the Ancient City.

In addition to being a lover's paradise, St. Augustine is also an ideal spot for family vacations. Mini-golf, water sports, family-oriented tours and attractions that present the city's interesting history are among the many types of family attractions in the historic district as well as the outlying areas of St. Augustine.

Your family can enjoy everything from incredibly detailed wax figures of celebrities at Potter's Wax Museum to a fully functional re-creation of a Spanish village from the 1600s. In addition to visiting families, thousands of school children around the state come to St. Augustine on field trips every year, which is why the city has crafted many of its attractions to suit young and old alike.

We loved it as much as our dogs did

  • 5 of 5

Very clean. Spacious house. Pool was gorgeous. We loved having the dog run separated from the pool area. We came down very shortly after hurricane Irma. Many properties or still being repaired. This property was pristine. Short walk to the beach. Five minutes from The driveway. We met several not so friendly neighbors but that wasn’t really a big deal. We will stay here again for sure. Thank you Donna so much

Perfect location

  • 5 of 5

I stayed here for a family vacation with my kids (ages 13 and 9) and my parents. We stayed for a week and we were impressed with this house. Honestly it's even better than the pictures show. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us plus our two small dogs. The house was incredibly clean, organized, and came stocked with everything you need. The house is located very close to the beach (which is dog-friendly) as well as several amazing restaurants nearby (I recommend the fish tacos and crab bisque at Sunset Grille). We loved the convenience of being so close to everything but also far enough away from the "touristy" parts to feel right at home. It's only a 10-15 minute drive to downtown area. The pool was definitely worth having - even though we were so close to the beach it was nice to enjoy the pool at night or for a quick dip during the day. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great vacation home!

  • 5 of 5

Our family stayed at this house in October 2014 and we are booked for October 2016 as well. This house has absolutely everything you could ever need at your fingertips. Beautifully furnished and the location is great. We have been vacationing in St. Augustine Beach for over 40 years and this is hands down the best home we have ever rented. Donna is a true gem to work with. The neighborhood is great and the pool is an added bonus.

We will definitely be back again!

Wonderful experience for our family

  • 5 of 5

This was our families third year in a row in this part of Florida. We chose St. Augustine this year instead of Palm Coast for a change of pace. We really loved this house and the pool was very much enjoyed by everyone. The Publix was a couple blocks away and the fresh seafood wasn't much further. We had a shrimp boil almost every night. We hit the beach every day. We liked the coffee pot so much that we bought one off of Amazon when we got home. Thanks again.

"A Time to Thaw"

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time at your home. Thank you for sharing such a great location. The house and furnishings exceeded all of our expectations. Riding bikes on the beach during low tide and sunrise - magical. The house was spotless and completely furnished. Donna was wonderful. The pool was clean and warm for the chilly December nights. If I could rate your property higher, I would.
