The Neighborhood:
Characterized by Victorian home and tree-lined streets, Inman Park also is home to one of Atlanta's most-anticipated annual festivals. The Inman Park Festival showcases the neighborhood's personality with costumed performers mingling with local city council members. That spirit is reflected year round in the many community restaurants, coffee houses and bars.
Biking through Inman Park on a warm spring day is a blissfully sensory experience. As you pedal, lush canopies of trees shade you from above. Meandering streets wend you through a neighborhood that features scores of charming, Victorian-style homes. Everywhere you look, there are plants and flowers; your bike might now be bouncing a little because you've just turned down a cobblestone lane. You'll wave to residents walking dogs, pushing strollers and enjoying the weather.
Such is the peace garnered from visiting this unique area of town, located minutes from downtown. Established in 1912, Inman Park is Atlanta's first planned garden suburb, and it is evident that, from the very beginning, great attention was paid to the design of the parks and care for the trees, which are part of the very fabric of the neighborhood.
Once you find yourself on Highland Avenue, the scene will change from residential to a thriving shopping and dining district, dotted with bakeries, yoga studios, restaurants, boutiques, business centers, lofts and more. From here, you can grab a bite to eat at Barcelona (Spanish tapas), Fritti (Italian), Pure (Mexican), Beetlecat (Seafood), Amara (Korean BBQ), and MF Sushi just to name a few.

Great property in an amazing location!
Great place! Well stocked with kitchen essentials. Wonderful location in the heart of returants and activity. Right on the belt line. I would recommend to anyone looking for a walkable city location. The unit was also very quiet despite being in the heart of Inman Park.
Thank you and we are very happy your enjoyed your stay!
Great location
Great location on the BeltLine, and accessible / close to major sites such as the Jimmy Carter Presidential Museum, and the Ponce City Market. Close to Inman Park neighborhood restaurants and some indie retail.
Unacceptable
We have always had a good experience with home.away until this stay. Upon booking, the communication was good. I emailed 3 times (even the day before arrival) to ensure that a very late check-in could be accommodated and was assured 3 times by the president of the rental company that it would be no problem. We are a couple in our 60s who were traveling from Seattle to Atlanta arriving at midnight. When we arrived, there the "guaranteed access" was non-existent and we were locked out. It was 1:30 am and we had no where to go. We called the "president" and he answered but said he was out of town and would call the local representative. That person was unavailable, so we were told there was nothing he could do. Wow. We were literally standing on the street corner stranded clear across the US at 2:30 am. Exhausted and bewildered we pushed on him to at least hire us transportation after WE found an Atlanta hotel and we finally got into our hotel room after 3 am. While we were reimbursed by "the president" for the first night's home.away stay (much less expense to us than the hotel we had to pay for) and were allowed to access the following morning at 11 am, the apartment was sparse, the carpets were dirty, there were no hangers (until we called for some), the towels were thin and frayed, there was not even a bar of soap in the apartment. We also learned during the extensive phone calls upon our late arrival trying to gain access that "maintenance" must have locked the door two days prior to our arrival. We questioned the safety of accessing an apartment with minimal security (not apparent in the listing) being left unlocked for two days.
To add the worst insult to a major injury...at 2:30 am when I spoke with the "president" that I had emailed home.away 3 times to avoid this unlikely event...tired and frustated, I unfortunately told him that we were nice people and what was he thinking Doing business this way...he went on the attack and said..."you don't seem very nice." Really?!!? Please don't risk doing business with him...as this says it all. We literally had to figure any cure out for the situation that he had caused. Then we get this email from him prior to checkout that this has never happened before. I doubt it. Beware!!! Image and "words" are far different than action and delivery.
