The home is a third mile from Heavenly's Boulder Lodge, a two minute drive away. From there, you can easily access the entire Heavenly Resort via the ski lifts. There are also Heavenly shuttles available from Boulder to other lodges.
Our home features a large great room on the first level with a giant stone fireplace, knotty pine walls and wonderful views of the mountain. The gourmet kitchen is perfect if you plan on cooking for large gatherings.
First level has a queen bedroom for those who prefer no stairs.
Second level has 2 master suites (one with outdoor hot tub) and two queen bedrooms as well as a room with a pine log bunk bed connected to a master bedroom.
Third level has a western style bedroom with knotty pine ceilings, walls and floors with a double bed and a twin bed.
Also on the lower level is the large family/ game room with fireplace, pool table and a 60" large screen entertainment center.
The house is over 3500 sf and is great for groups, with plenty of space for everyone!
The property is in a residential neighborhood, and adjoins US Forest service land. It fronts on the entry road to the 'Boulder Lodge' ski area. The road is maintained and affords great access to the ski area. Wonderful hiking and snowshoeing trails from the back door.

Parking: This is a residential area, and parking is very limited. Our driveway, which is a bridge, holds four large cars or six very small cars. There is no parking in the garage during winter to prevent melting snow seeping into living quarters under garage, but when the snow is gone there are two more spaces inside. . Street parking is illegal in the area from November to April. Overnight street parking is always illegal at Stateline vacation rentals. Please plan accordingly, and talk to us about available options if you need to bring more vehicles. Most Tahoe rentals have limited parking, so it's wise to check when you rent to avoid surprises.
Owner's Cancellation Policy:
Fees for cleaning and taxes are always refunded 100%.
Cancellations before 60 days prior to arrival: room fees are refunded with 10% deduction.
Cancellations between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival: room fees are refunded with 20% deduction.
Cancellations between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival: room fees are refunded minus 30% deduction.
Cancellations within 14 days of your arrival, room fees refunded minus 50% deduction.
In all cases, we make every attempt to re-book the house, and if we are able to re-book at the same room rate, your deduction will revert to 10% of room fees for the days re-booked at same rate.
