Located on Sugar Mountain in the highly desired Bee Branch location. Slope side 2 story condo. Ski on/Ski off. Walk to slopes, lifts, ticket booth and ski lounge. Completely renovated with open and spacious floor plan. Vaulted ceilings with gorgeous views of Grandfather Mountain directly from the balcony. Overlooks the ski slopes below along with a tranquil running mountain stream. 3 bedrooms, and 3 full baths. (upstairs BR has 2 full beds and downstairs BR's have a king bed in each). Sleeps 8 with kitchen farm table that seats 10. TV in every room, WiFi, washer and dryer, outdoor grilling area. No Smoking. Home not childproof-children must be monitored.

If your staying on Sugar to ski, you will be within walking distance to the slope, lifts, ticket booth and ski lounge. No need to drive anywhere unless you are looking for other things to do, going out to eat etc. Beach mountain is about a 20 minute drive from Sugar. Boone is a 20 minute drive from there and Blowing Rock is about 30 minutes away. Grandfather Mountain entrance is about a 10 minute drive.

There are 2 parking passes specific for our condo. You may place one in your car window during your stay. The pass must be returned prior to your departure. Each pass not returned prior to departure will result in a $50 fee per pass deducted from your damage deposit.

I love to spend quality time with my family outdoors. When we found this home, we knew it would be perfect for enjoying all that we love to do while being surrounded by the beautiful NC mountains. The opportunities, fresh crisp air and outdoor adventures are endless and all within minutes from this terrific location. We have loved this home and it has brought endless wonderful memories. It brings us joy to share this with others looking for the same!

Why The Owner chose Sugar Mountain

Located in the highly desired Bee Branch location. There's a variety of local restaurants near by. Major attractions nearby include beautiful downtown Banner Elk, Grandfather Mountain, Boone, Blowing Rock, Tweetsie Railroad, Linville Caverns, river rafting adventures, gemstone mining, hiking trails, excellent fly fishing spots and more all just minutes away.

What makes this condo unique

This home is not childproof so children will need to be monitored at all times. Outlets are not covered with safety guards, cabinets do not have childproof latches.

Beautiful slopeside condo

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It is beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The ski-in ski-out definitely ruined us for ever staying somewhere without that option!
