Our gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 bath unit sleeps 10 comfortably- 8 in beds and 2 on the sleeper. This airy unit features a sofa and a queen sleeper in the open living room. Large flat screen TV with cable and WiFi are great for after beach hours. Pelicans landing has tons of upgrades- hardwood floors, granite counter-tops, Italian Tile,etc.
The fully equipped kitchen has stainless Steel appliances and double convection's ovens plus all the other things that you need.
The master bedroom features a king bed, an en suite bath TV and access to the covered balcony.
The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two double beds. The hall bath is convenient to both bedrooms
All linens (except beach towels) are provided. A washer/dryer is provided in the unit for your convenience.
Parking is a premium on Tybee, but you have two assigned parking spaces close to the elevator.
Our shared pool is the largest on the island. We have a green space downstairs with several charcoal grills and a picnic seating area.
We are on south beach, near the pier: the ocean is less than 1 block away- a four minute walk
Once you park, you can walk almost every where on the island. And you are close to the summer shuttle to Savannah if you choose not to drive the 17 miles into the historic district.
Large family, looking for an area for family to enjoy now and to retire to in a few years.

We fell in love with the property while it was under construction. We loved the payout and the location. My sisters bought units next door, so we can have a huge family get together at one property.
Pat and Kathee were wonderful to work with when reserving this property at the bustling south end of the island. Atlantic Ave. is a great location for beach access and quick walks to restaurants and eateries like The Breakfast Club, Rock House, and Lighthouse Pizza. The beach is a 5-minute walk (not easily visible from this particular unit), but the saline pool is just across the alley and up a single flight of stairs. We didn't hear any noise from neighboring units during our stay and the unit was fully equipped with everything we needed from toothpicks to extra pillows to beach chairs. The rooms in this unit are generous in size and the living area was perfect for our family of five to gather in the evening.
We recommend: climbing the lighthouse, touring Fort Pulaski, eating at The Breakfast Club and Jimmy's seaside sweets, and having a leisurely coffee at Tybean. Our children loved the playground at Jaycee Park near the lighthouse.
Our only negative is that the unit needs a good deep-cleaning. The shower curtain liners need to be replaced due to mold and mildew, the baseboards and corners of the room need to be vacuumed well, and the floors need a good mopping. With young children who tend to play on the floor quite a bit and need assistance with bathing, this was an item of concern for us.
Tybee was a wonderful place for a quick getaway with small children!
We stayed in unit 304. It was so nice and clean. It was very tastefully decorated and was very modern and up to date. I can't wait to go back here. There was so much room and was no need to bring anything but food if needed. I can't recommend this enough. Also, we enjoyed the shares pool across from it. Thanks ladies we will be back very soon.
We are walking distance to almost every thing on Tybee. After your relaxing day in the sun, it is only 17 miles to Historic District of Savannah, GA.
