Welcome to unit Five-Ninety located in the desirable Snowcreek meadow area! This property is a quiet, light and bright upstairs corner unit with spacious open beam ceilings and views of Mammoth Mountain.
A spacious living room with vaulted open beam ceilings, a large comfy sectional sofa, a beautiful river rock wood burning fireplace, a 46-inch HD TV, and an entertainment console with BlueRay DVD, stereo, and old school Atari game system;
A warm and cozy loft with another large comfortable sectional sofa and an entertainment console including TV/DVD/and Wii systems;
A well stocked kitchen with upgraded stainless steel accommodating a party of 6 persons.
Both bedrooms have modern furnishings and include a king and queen size bed, TV's with DVD players. There's also a queen size pull out bed in the loft sofa, however, we'd recommend using the owner provided inflatable AeroBed for a more comfortable nights sleep.
This unit does include secure high speed internet access (25 Mbps) and free local and US long distance calling.
This location is great both summer and winter, and the neighborhood is quiet and secluded. Complex amenities include a centrally located spa and sauna (Please note that the community Spa/Sauna is unfortunately under repair/replacement and is non-operable)
The maximum occupancy is 6 persons.

Condo was spacious and light, with a lot of windows. Condo is well-appointed, and everything was clean and working when we arrived. It was very quiet during our stay (although the surrounding units were mostly unoccupied). The owner was very responsive and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay and plan to return in the future.
Nicely appointed condo in the Snowcreek community. We stayed during early spring to ski/snowboard and it is very convenient to get to the mountain. I would highly recommend.
Owner was very responsive and supportive. Place was clean and well furnished/stocked. Very comfortable/cozy accommodations. Perfect for our party of two couples. Convenient location. Close to town and buses that go to the mountain. Would definitely recommend.
Having stayed many times in Mammoth, including stays in Snowcreek, we found this a particularly pleasing condo. The owner has done an excellent decorating job and did not stint on any of the amenities. The kitchen was particularly well stocked. He was also very organized and business like, so there were no problems with the arrangements. Some view of Mammoth mountain can be enjoyed from the living room.
The condo was comfortable, clean and very pleasant. We had a lovely week. The unit was well furnished and had several TVs and a blue-ray player.
We stayed a month and were delighted with the location and the unit. Snow Creek is attractive and well maintained. This unit is very comfortable and well furnished-we did not lack for anything. We would stay here again in any season.
This property is located in the Snow Creek meadows area approximately 2-3 miles from Eagle Lodge and The Village. The immediate surrounding area includes tranquil Mammoth Creek with its various ponds and hiking/biking paths. The town and Mammoth Mountain is conveniently accessed by the local free transit system (Red Line), with a bus stop located within 5 minute walking distance.
