Our large group had a lovely stay at this house. The place is GIGANTIC, with three floors. There's sufficient space to comfortably sleep 14 people. There's a large communal dining table, fully equipped kitchen, central heating, and even a fireplace! There are outdoor seating spaces too, and the house itself is quite close to downtown Moab. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough for large groups. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect for our group!

  • 5 of 5

We were excited about our trip to Moab and the pictures of this house were part of the excitement. As we drove up and saw the property for the first time, we were nervous. From the outside this house just didn't look big enough. We were very wrong!

The pictures don't do this house justice, it was clean and beautiful inside. It was big and easily fit our group of 14. It was awesome that there is a bathroom for each room and provided each family a space of their own.

We were a little nervous because of the onsite manager (we have had some bad experiences in the past) but this worked out great. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful Home

  • 4 of 5

This is a beautiful home, it was very comfortable for all of us. There were a few issues, first it would have been nice to know there was a full time resident living below the house. Second the room located to the right of the stairs as you come down was not mounted correctly and moved back and forth. Third the bathroom shower in the room to the left of the stairs does not drain well at all, and it also appears to leak from under the tub. The last thing is the front door lock did not work with the key. Other than that as I said it was very beautiful, and the table in the kitchen was amazing, we had enough room for everyone with room to spare. Thanks again for letting us stay here, we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home. Terrible neighbors

  • 2 of 5

The home, the hosts the location were all incredible. We had a large family but were lights out and asleep most nights before 10:30 PM. One night we received a noise complaint from the neighbors. a sheriff showed up about 10:00 pm. It was quite and all the kids were already inside getting ready for bed. He apologized for having to come out and stated that he could tell we weren't being loud. This neighborhood clearly does not want to have any short term rental properties within its boundaries. It's extremly unfortunate for the renters as well as the owners. I hope they will be able to reach a compromise. It was pretty annoying to feel like you were on pins and needles after having spent this kind of money on a home. Good luck to the owners. The house was awesome!

Owner's Response: Thank you Brent, We are very sorry to hear that this was the welcome you received from the neighbors but are happy to hear that you enjoyed the home. We hope that overall you were able to enjoy your stay and that you don't have to encounter such an instance in the future. Since your stay, we've implemented a few house rules and dropped the occupancy in hopes of appeasing the neighbors. Premier Lodgings

There is so much to do in Moab, you could come back annually and never do it all! Moab is a Mountain Biking Mecca with an amazing trail system that spans hundreds of miles. You'll find everything you need to ride the trails whether it's a bike rental or a shuttle for you and your friends that will drop you off where you need to go. There are also Outfitters who will gladly take you into the back country and facilitate a safe and exciting experience! The world famous Slickrock trail is a Must-do but don't take it lightly! It's a challenging and adventurous ride. There are a multitude of excellent books written on the subject and we highly recommend finding one that suits your style.

If Hiking is more to your liking, you've come to the right place. Like the extensive biking trails, Moab/Grand County boasts awe-inspiring hiking trails for the beginner up to advanced. There are trails that are more well-suited to families with children as well as pet-friendly hiking trails criss-crossing the stunning landscape.

Needless to say, Rock Climbing has become a widespread activity in the Moab area. It makes sense when you look around you and notice that all you see are.... Rocks! There are a lot of online resources that will guide you to the best spots and get you prepared for climbing in the desert.

If you yearn to be in the water, you have many options which includes the mighty Colorado River. On the river, you can raft, tube or kayak your way down. Just remember, ALWAYS wear a life jacket when you go in the Colorado. There are eddies and undertows all along the river and those who are foolish enough to go in without a life jacket almost always end up in trouble. Moab has several Outfitters who happily take visitors on 1/2 day, full-day and multiple night river trips. There are a lot of white water rapids to satisfy the most avid adrenaline junkie! The river is always where you want to be in the heat of the blazing summers! There are also some lakes in the La Sal Mountains.
