About Debbie

We have been part time residents of Park City for 17 years. We got engaged at Snowbird, and we have been working since then to make Park City our primary home! Just Gotta Love the Greatest Snow on Earth!

Debbie purchased this townhome in 2012

Why Debbie chose Park City area

We love the convenience of the Parkview condos, its easy to get to any of the resorts, downtown for dinner, or to head off to Snowbird, Alta, Brighton or Solitude as well. It's big enough to spread out and be comfortable.

What makes this townhome unique

Central location to ski resorts, grocery store, liquor store, golf course in summer, and trails right out the back door.

Great for our family!

  • 4 of 5

"Betty" was very nice. It worked well for our family coming for our annual Park City trip before school started. Was nice to have our own hot tub :) My son had a blast after he saw the city bike park a little ways behind us. Did have a hiccup with running the TV's (might want to type up a "How to run the Tv/Comcast for dummies" paper for people staying there. The neighbor who is the property manager did come over quick and helped us out. My ONLY complaint....no a/c! It got pretty warm upstairs even with the fans. Maybe look into some window units at least :) Overall we had a great time and was close to everything we wanted!

Great unit for a guys trip!

  • 5 of 5

"Betty" was awesome. Large enough for our 8 guy ski trip. The interior is beautifully furnished and the location equidistant between Park City and the Canyons was ideal. Very easy trips to the supermarket and liquor store right around the corner! Hope to rent it again soon!

Excellent ski trip condo

  • 5 of 5

Great condo with 2-car garage for groups of 8-10 people. Property manager lives next door and is very helpful. Excellent location for skiers without a car, since the free shuttle bus which runs every 20 minutes directly to Park City and Deer Valley is only one block away (very punctual, beginning 5 minutes after the hour in the winter).

great location, huge place, very great trip!

  • 5 of 5

Our group of 10 guys had a really great snowboarding trip out in Park City. This place held us all comfortably and it was super convenient having the free city shuttle so close by. One day we even walked back home from the downtown area and it only took 15 or so minutes. Beds were comfy, kitchen was nice to cook in + was adequately stocked with cooking gear (only small thing was that there was no cooking oil left and same with dishsoap until we found a mini travel one elsewhere). The place was great value for the money compared to other rentals I searched and the owner and property manager were both super responsive and helpful with all of my questions both before and during our stay. Only disappointment was the hot tub. It didn't get hot, merely warm, and it was completely 100% full of thick bubbles which appeared to be soap bubbles. We were almost wondering if someone previous emptied all the dish soap into the hot tub since the dish soap was empty and the hottub full of bubbles! Ultimately only one of us got in for 10 minutes and nobody else used it the rest of the trip.

Owner's Response: Thanks very much for the review and the stars. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay. And thank you, too, for mentioning the easy transportation for other guests, I get questions about how far things are often. As for the situation with the hot tub, as soon as we saw this, we sent over the property manager. Everything in the tub was fine. The water in our hot tubs are changed regularly. The bubbles may have been a temporary state as the tub chemistry was coming into balance, a high pH level or a low calcium hardness level can cause bubbles, which eventually dissipate. We have no explanation. We know only that it’s gone. We apologize for the inconvenience. We’re glad that your stay was otherwise excellent. And we hope we get to host you and your friends again--this time bubble-free.

Great Location, Great Condo

  • 5 of 5

The condo "Betty", as it's referred to by the owner, is an excellent choice for a group staying in Park City. We had 8 people and the condo fit us perfectly. Lots of beds, well stocked kitchen ware, large screen TV where we watched some "march madness" and easy access to the slopes. The grocery store is a half-mile away along with the rite-aid and there is a shuttle bus stop at the end of the block. The hot tub was a nice touch after a long day of skiing. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Debbie!

This was a great trip and the accomodations were perfect!

  • 5 of 5

This was our 2nd time staying in this home, and that says it all! We love the place- its the perfect location to all of the local ski areas. We did Alta, Deer Valley, Brighton, Park City & The Canyons. The house is very comfortable and the local contacts that manage the property were awesome!
