We have been part time residents of Park City for 17 years. We got engaged at Snowbird, and we have been working since then to make Park City our primary home! Just Gotta Love the Greatest Snow on Earth!
Debbie purchased this townhome in 2012
We love the convenience of the Parkview condos, its easy to get to any of the resorts, downtown for dinner, or to head off to Snowbird, Alta, Brighton or Solitude as well. It's big enough to spread out and be comfortable.
Central location to ski resorts, grocery store, liquor store, golf course in summer, and trails right out the back door.
Dishwasher old and broken.
A couple of hiccups when we first arrived but Islandro was awesome and took care of everything we needed!
"Betty" was very nice. It worked well for our family coming for our annual Park City trip before school started. Was nice to have our own hot tub :) My son had a blast after he saw the city bike park a little ways behind us. Did have a hiccup with running the TV's (might want to type up a "How to run the Tv/Comcast for dummies" paper for people staying there. The neighbor who is the property manager did come over quick and helped us out. My ONLY complaint....no a/c! It got pretty warm upstairs even with the fans. Maybe look into some window units at least :) Overall we had a great time and was close to everything we wanted!
"Betty" was awesome. Large enough for our 8 guy ski trip. The interior is beautifully furnished and the location equidistant between Park City and the Canyons was ideal. Very easy trips to the supermarket and liquor store right around the corner! Hope to rent it again soon!
Great condo with 2-car garage for groups of 8-10 people. Property manager lives next door and is very helpful. Excellent location for skiers without a car, since the free shuttle bus which runs every 20 minutes directly to Park City and Deer Valley is only one block away (very punctual, beginning 5 minutes after the hour in the winter).
Our group of 10 guys had a really great snowboarding trip out in Park City. This place held us all comfortably and it was super convenient having the free city shuttle so close by. One day we even walked back home from the downtown area and it only took 15 or so minutes. Beds were comfy, kitchen was nice to cook in + was adequately stocked with cooking gear (only small thing was that there was no cooking oil left and same with dishsoap until we found a mini travel one elsewhere). The place was great value for the money compared to other rentals I searched and the owner and property manager were both super responsive and helpful with all of my questions both before and during our stay. Only disappointment was the hot tub. It didn't get hot, merely warm, and it was completely 100% full of thick bubbles which appeared to be soap bubbles. We were almost wondering if someone previous emptied all the dish soap into the hot tub since the dish soap was empty and the hottub full of bubbles! Ultimately only one of us got in for 10 minutes and nobody else used it the rest of the trip.
Our location is in a quiet location on a private road, there is a creek in the backyard area and the biking/hiking trail system passes directly behind the complex. We are located behind the Peaks Hotel for easy access to a local sports bar and across the street from the Hotel Park City - one of PC's only 5-Star Hotels - featuring a Ruth Chris Steakhouse. Hotel Park City also features the Park City Municipal Golf Course in the summer and White Pine Touring's Cross Country Ski Area in the winter.
We are walking distance to the State Liquor store with the largest selection in Park City, as well as The Market grocery store, Squatter's Roadhouse Grill and several fast food restaurants.
