This apartment is located on the fifth floor with elevator (very rare feature in downtown Florence!) on a historical building set on Via Ventisette Aprile, an important street connecting Piazza San Marco and Piazza Indipendenza.

The whole place was recently renovated and redecorated with great taste and attention to detail: a combination of antique elements, contemporary style and modern amenities, wisely mixed to create a unique, relaxing and charming atmosphere. Every room is very sunny and bright thanks to the many large windows.

A private staircase (roughly 20 steps) leads from the entrance to the apartment.

The living area is spacious and airy feeling, equipped with antique armchairs, chairs and table, a comfortable chaise longue and a wonderful original fireplace.

The adjoining kitchen is also very bright and spacious and has been recently renovated. You will find the kitchen is very well equipped, for you to be able to cook your own meals comfortably at home. A wooden dining table offers comfortable seating space for six people.

There is a tourist tax due 3 euros per person per night is applied for a maximum of 7 nights stay. Children up to 12 years old are excluded. Our standard check in times are: Mon-Fri: 3 pm to 7 pm Sat-Sun: 3 pm to 5 pm Based on availability arrangements outside of these times can be accommodated for a late/early check in fee of: 7am-9am: 20 euro additional 7pm(5pm - in holidays and weekends)-9pm: 20 euro additional 9pm-midnight: 40 euro additional After midnight: 60 euro additional (ask for availability) Check out time is 10:30. Based on availability we can try to accommodate late check outs. Please ask at the time of making your reservation. An additional fee may occur. 1.Late check-out until 13.00 - The tariff to pay is 50% of their daily rate. This entitles you to stay in the apartment until 13:00 of that day. 2 Late check-out after 13.00 - If the client would like to stay after 13:00 of that day the client will have to pay the full daily rate, this entitles you to stay in the apartment anytime up to 10:30 am the following day! When you rent for a short term (7 or less nights) the daily price will include your usage of the utilities (gas, water and electricity). Whereas when you rent for 8 or more nights we will charge you such bills separately, at check out. Leave the apartment as you found it is probably the best guide. If there is anything that you need, we probably have a spare and you are welcome to it. Please contact us prior to departure to notify us of any spills, damage or breakages. If we are notified, the guest will be held liable for them. The apartment is non smoking. The security deposit might be withheld for smoking. Please note that I cannot be held responsible for noise generated by owners of adjacent apartments if they operate within the legal limits and times

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
