The upstairs Bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. The downstairs has a full kitchen, dining table, sofa-bed, and TV.
The off-street parking lot behind the house is a great place to leave your car for your visit, the 1/2 mile walk to downtown is nice and level and mostly along Siskiyou Boulevard.

After innkeeping for 13 years, the birth of twin boys in 2011 meant big changes for the Grantham Family. At the end of the 2012, we moved into the main part of the house and quit serving breakfast at Ashland's Tudor House B&B.
Raliegh Grantham purchased this apartment in 2000
Easy access to downtown and groceries make this private and quiet unit a great place to stay while you visit Ashland and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival.
We were able to secure this charming accommodation at the last minute and were very pleased. The decor and furnishings were very lovely and comfortable, lots of towels and good linens, plus the owners were very helpful. Dogwood is handicapped accessible, which was good for us on this visit. I would highly recommend Tudor House to anyone and will probably be returning.
After arriving at the property, I reread the description given and the description is accurate. It is just that this property did not match up to other properties I have stayed at in the Ashland area.
The yard was not pleasant and was shared with the owner. The owner's back deck was also right next to your accommodation which made for a lack of privacy.
The inside was clean but furnished very modestly. There was only enough living room seating for two people. The kitchen was stocked but lacked common things such as tablespoons and a cooking pan with a proper fitting lid.
The walk downtown is not too bad, but it is a mile to the theater so bring comfortable walking shoes!
We loved the location, which is one mile from the town center. The apartment is well furnished for a couple (plus one kid), nice comfortable bed (full size) and a nice clean shower. Kitchen is fine, has everything you need. The owner of the property and her young children are super nice. One draw back is that the front yard could use a nice clean up. It is the place you want to sit out in the morning and it is not attractive.
I had a lovely stay in the Dogwood Suite with my two adult daughters. It is exactly as pictured - the bedroom is surprisingly roomy and perfect for the three of us along with the two bathrooms. The beds were quite comfortable, the kitchen adequately stocked for cooking meals and it was very clean. And perfectly located - a 15 minute walk to the theaters and downtown Ashland in one direction and a 15 minute walk to the Market of Choice in the other! The outdoor area is not private but shared with the family who owns the property (their twin boys were delightful!). I would definitely recommend this rental.
This was a delightful place to stay near downtown Ashland. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The owners were friendly and responsive to requests. We will stay there again if the occasion arises.
Fun, cabin-like quarters and outdoor environment. The quaint kitchen was perfect, and having a bathroom on both floors was a nice amenity. The bed was very firm but otherwise comfortable with handmade quilts and soft pillows.
This is a beautiful property, well furnished but not stocked well. This showplace needs 12 matched dishes, unchipped. What few wine glasses there were are mismatched. We went to thrift store to add to the mishmash.
Blender and ice maker not working. Call to owner promised quick repair but he was unable to get service. We survived.
A little TLC would earn this place a better rating.
