Grace Landing Cottages sit on beautiful Upper Hamlin Lake where you can enjoy fishing, boating, and stunning sunsets. All of our cottages will be newly renovated by Spring of 2017 and will be the only cottages on Hamlin Lake with central air conditioning! As the renovations are coming along we will be updating and sharing the renovations. There are several docks available for rent to tie up your own boat or rent one of ours. The Hamlin Lake Dunes are just a short boat ride away! Ludington's popular State Park is also located on Hamlin Lake and offers trails, kayaks, canoes, and many other activities and adventures.

Very nice and clean. Finishes seemed brand new
Great location on the lake. The cottage was very nice and clean. Looked like the finishes were newly renovated. We were very impressed by the design and layout.
Newly remodeled and clean! Peaceful setting.
Great to have a place on the water for fishing and scenery. Linda was easy to contact and very responsive when we booked the property. The cottage had all we needed for a wonderful family vacation!
Renovations are nice but still a bit more to go
The renovation work done is very nice. The cabin seemed totally new except for the kitchen floor. That stood out to us as an obvious area skipped. The porch is wonderful with a nice peaceful view. Having both AC and heat is great in the daily fluctuations of MI. Good air flow from the windows as well when no conditioning is needed. Kitchen has whatever tools we needed.
The things that we did not care for. There was a sewer smell coming from somewhere around either the kitchen or the bathroom. We could not tell which. It was pretty strong some days. The double bed in the room with the bunk beds is really poor. It is just a bad mattress that needs to be replaced because it just sucked you into the soft middle as it sunk in. The bathroom is very small. Additional seating in the front room would be very nice. The laundry facility - if you are staying long enough to need one - is quite poor. It is in a building that is very nice looking on the outside but just like a 1900 Michigan basement on the inside - cold, musty with some exposed dirt floor. There is one washer and one dryer that came from a laundromat somewhere. Coins required. We opted to go into town instead. How can you possibly justify $495 a day for a pontoon? That must be a misprint on the website. We did not bother to ask and verify.
A home away from home!
The owner thought of everything you need to relax and enjoy Ludington and Hamlin Lake! The property was beautiful inside and out!
The property and cottage are beautiful!
Our family truly enjoyed the newly renovated cottage. The view is beautiful and the location is perfect.
Cute cottage! Everything was provided...new, clean, and decorated beautifully. Beds were very comfortable. Nice deck with grill, picnic table, and comfortable chairs. Had fun catching fish off the dock. Small lawn and one fire ring shared by several cottages though.
