Sleeping accommodation includes two king beds, three queen beds, four twin beds, and a baby crib. One of the master king bedroom suites is located on the first floor with en-suite bathroom for easy access.

Beautiful, quiet, comfortable and safe place!

Check in and security check went smoothly. I was a little worried because the family was coming in at different times but everything went smoothly! Finding the house was easy. The property was just beautiful! The Club house had alot of things going on. We didn't get to participate because we had plans but we will definitely check it out next time. The house was big, roomy and perfect for us. Our whole family stayed there and it had plenty of room. The 5 bathrooms really helped when we were all trying to get ready. The kitchen was big and had everything we needed. The only thing was that all the dishes and cupa are made out of glass so if you have little kiddos make sure you bring plastic plates and cups. The pool table was alot of fun for the adults and kids. Everything is close by..stores, restaurants and take out. The owner was very prompt in responding with my questions ( I had alot ). All in all it was a great experience and we will be returning again!

Beautiful and Spacious

My family and I stayed in this lovely house 7/14/17-7/16/17. Everyone rant and raved on how beautiful and spacious. The house was clean no insects, rooms, bathrooms clean. We loved the resort the kids loved the pool and arcade. The pool attached to house was just enough for the ones that wanted to get in. Maybe check out time can be 11am. I would use this house again in the future. Thank you for a great stay.

Unacceptable Conditions

My wife and I reserved the house for two nights for a last-minute trip to Orlando. I will admit the team were responsive considering the last minute nature of the trip. But unfortunately, our experience fell off from there.

Our flight was canceled and rescheduled for the following morning, so we missed the first night at the location. Upon arrival on the second day, we immediately did a walk through of the location. We found the location to be more worn-out and rough than the pictures let on.

But the final straw was the roach we found on the kitchen floor. It was clear that roach was in it's last throws (it was on it's back, but it's legs were still moving) so I suspect the house was recently treated for an infestation. Nonetheless, the conditions were unacceptable for our stay.

We immediately notified the management team, sent them a video of what we found, and left the premises without touching anything else. We informed them that we would not be staying at the property due to the state of the house. We then checked into a hotel since we were extremely tired after the flight.

We requested a refund for the stay, but unsurprisingly, the team denied the request. They went back and forth with us and had their on-site person take a look at the property. He said that he only found a cockroach near the pool area, which means there must have been more than one viewable around the house.

We took the issue up with VRBO and they also failed to offer any support for the issue. At the end of the day, we did get back our full security deposit, but were still charged for the two nights AND a CLEANING FEE. I can understand their position of no refund for the first night (since we didn't get there in time), but to hold on to the second night charge AND the cleaning fee is ridiculous in our view.

I invite the owner to respond to any of my assertions here since I'm trying to be as honest and objective as possible.

The bottom line here is that you roll the dice with VRBO. And although we've had pleasant VRBO stays in the past, we crapped out with this stay and this management group. If you're thinking about trying your luck with VRBO, I strongly advise you take a pass on this property and this management group.

Owner's Response: First of all, I appreciate the fact that the guest spending time to write such a long review. He made the reservation for Jun 14-16th for 2 guests. As always, we provided arrival instructions to this guest, including the property manager's and the owner's mobile numbers. In the morning of Jun 16, we found an email from this guest sent at 9pm of the 15th. The guest reported seeing a dying cockroach. A video link was included ( As shown in the video, the house is very clean and organized. Only a single dying roach showed as the video turned to the corner of the kitchen. We immediately responded to the email apologizing and offering a small compensation. The pest control manager was notified and they went to check on the same day (one dead roach was found after searching the entire premise). The guest replied to our email asking for a full refund, claiming that they did not stay at the premise that night. They also claimed that they did not stay the 1st night because of flight cancellation. Feedback from our cleaning crew was that 1 room was obviously used (which matched with the "2 guests"). We told the guests that we can offer a partial refund for the inconvenience. But we do not feel it is fair to do a full refund. After all, the guest could have called us at our mobiles for an on-the-spot response from us, if they feel it is so unacceptable that they had to leave. Yet we took it seriously and sincerely. However, the guests insisted they only accept full refund of the night and threaded that "it's in your best interests to resolve this issue between us quickly and have us go our separate ways without any further fall out". We then suggested that we should have a third party like VRBO get involved and find a fair way to resolve our disagreement. We did not hear from VRBO or the guest after that. As we expected, a days later, a low rating review showed up on our listing. Although it may be more convenient to do a full refund, but it is against our value to give in to bully. We feel it is also to our future guests' best benefit to hear both sides of the story, and decide at their own judge. We have served many guests during the past few years. Before this, we have 32 guests reviews with an average of 5 stars. Although an 1-star review will drag down the average, we believe justice will prevail and good services will be acknowledged by the majority.

Would book with Becky every time!

I'm still thinking about this house post vacation... the house was definitely one of the best memories my family and I will have about staying in Florida! Becky was soo easy to talk to, and always polite and professional. Beautiful home + Great owner, you can't beat that! Oh, and the price was the best that I (personally) found. The destination was close to shopping, the freeway, and there's also a clubhouse and pool at the resort for your enjoyment as well.

Becky, thanks for having us on our first vacation to Sunny Florida!
