Cute cabin

  • 5 of 5

After visiting Grand Teton and Yellowstone, we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights' stay at Mountain View Lodge! Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Erin, and immediately felt welcomed. The Benjamin cabin was so charming, clean and comfortable (with a great view)-- we loved it! We would have eaten at the restaurant, but it was closed for the season. Erin recommended the Shoshone Lodge restaurant, which was very good. We had an extra day to spend in Cody before heading to South Dakota, so Erin recommended the Buffalo Bill Center of the West museum in Cody which was excellent.

Cozy cabin

  • 5 of 5

Loved this cozy, comfortable cabin. Erin was a gracious hostess, helping us find our way on a very dark highway to find their road. Wish we could have stayed another night, but had reservations in Yellowstone the next night.

Perfect place to stay when visiting both Yellowstone and Cody. The views going both east and west are beautiful. So nice to come back in the evening and relax outside. The view from the cabin is awesome also. Most of all, the owners are A++ and willing to help in any way they can. Had dinner at their restaurant two evenings. No need to go into Cody for a steak dinner. Absolutely delicious.

Family Trip to Yellowstone

  • 5 of 5

This cabin was a perfect place to stay while visiting Yellowstone. We were traveling with our daughter and the queen bed with pull out futon was perfect. The kitchen was stocked well and when we needed an item, Erin was quick to deliver. The location of the cabin was convenient to Cody and Yellowstone. Plus it's nestled in the Shoshone Forest and State Parks, which are beautiful and also have a lot to offer. I recommend this cabin to couples with or without children. It has all the amenities of home and such wonderful hosts it was a great choice of places to stay. Thanks Erin and Brad for sharing your little nugget with us.

Perfect cabin for us.

  • 5 of 5

We were traveling to Yellowstone from Missouri and needed a place to stay that was close to the Park. This was perfect, just about 25 minutes from both Cody and Yellowstone. The queen bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils we needed. The whole cabin was very clean. The best part was working with the owners, they live on site and were so helpful in working to accommodate us. I would recommend this place to anyone and hope to go back someday myself.

Cute and cozy

  • 4 of 5

This 1 room cabin was perfect for our small family with two young boys. I suppose it could start to feel a little cramped if we were spending all of our time in the cabin. The surrounding landscape was beautiful. Not much to do on the property itself but an easy drive to nearby towns if necessary and a great place to just relax. We would recommend this property to other couples or very small families. This small cabin was furnished with everything we really needed (bathroom with shower, bed, oven, fridge, sink and couch/futon). The host and hostess were very kind and welcoming.
