Great views!

  • 4 of 5

We enjoyed our stay! The cabin was clean and well maintained (though the floor in the guest bathroom feels like it's sagging a bit) and the deck had incredible views. The only issue we had was access. The access road is difficult in a car (Ford Focus), you'll scrape the undercarriage unless you straddle the tracks that are worn in. It is also very narrow with few if any pullouts, so if you come upon a vehicle traveling the opposite direction (we never saw one, but during peak use times, you might as it services multiple cabins ) it will require someone to reverse quite a ways. The road is by no means impassable, just requires a lot of caution in lower ground clearance vehicles.

All together we very much enjoyed our stay!

Owner's Response: We are glad you enjoyed your stay , We apologize for the road we have been having hard rains on the mountain and it washed the gravel down, we have since put more gravel on the road and we are working on letting the county maintain it so 2 cars can meet and pass . Thanks and God Bless.

Great get away for 2 couples or small family

  • 5 of 5

This cabin is great for 2 couples. The view was outstanding-sunrises were beautiful! We had a fire at the fire pit every night and it was so relaxing after a day spent sight seeing and mountain climbing. The beds were very comfortable. We are already talking our next trip.
