This is a very unique rowhouse in a very urban setting that is surprisingly quiet and residential with lots of independent restaurants and small businesses owned by neighbors. It is perhaps one of the easiest places in DC to get to almost any part of the city, as well as the MD and VA suburbs.

What makes this townhome unique

As an architect and an artist, I take great care of this house and it is full of unique detailing. It has incredibly clever storage spaces tucked in the nooks and crannies. Beautiful daylight, soaring ceilings and a character of comfort and inspiration.
