The quintessential beach getaway, this two bedroom Lincoln City vacation rental has everything you need - including a panoramic, ocean view of Cascade Head to the north from upper level deck!
Perfect for friends, families, or a mix of both, this charming split-level retreat also offers a double carport, full yard, and easy beach access two blocks away.
Inside, you'll find a charming mix of new and old - vintage wallpaper, wood paneling, WiFi, and a wood burning stove for chilly evenings. Upstairs in the living room, find a comfortable seat for a bit of cable TV watching or a DVD on the flat screen TV. Or, spread a puzzle out on the large wooden coffee table and let the kids work on it while the adults socialize.
The open main room makes it easy to carry on conversations while sitting on the sofa, setting the table, and even working on dinner. When you do want to put a meal together, in the well-stocked full kitchen, you'll have a refrigerator, stovetop/oven, and even a dishwasher for helping with clean-up. You can set the table for six to enjoy your hard work in the kitchen, along with a nice view out the large picture window.
You'll find that the outdoor deck makes a great location for morning coffee, an afternoon cup of tea - even a glass of wine after dinner. On a lazy afternoon, bring your sketchbook out here for some drawings of the sleepy, quiet neighborhood with the ocean in the distance.
In the two bedrooms, your group of up to six will have two queen beds, one full, and three twins - there's even a sofa bed for more sleeping options. And if you need some clean clothes during your stay, don't worry - you'll have a full sized washer and dryer.
This Oregon Coast vacation rental has a convenient location on a quiet, dead-end street in a residential neighborhood. It's within comfortable walking distance to restaurants, a shopping center, Chinook Winds Casino Resort, art galleries, and of course, the beach.
Looking for something a bit different? Theater West presents local community theater with a season that runs fall through spring. If you want to fish, head a bit inland to Devils Lake State Recreation Area, or just spend the afternoon hiking around this beautiful inland lake. Or, spend the day searching for hidden glass floats, building sandcastles, or just dipping your ties into the surf on the beach. There's miles of shoreline to walk with the friends and family!
Make this comfortable and cozy Leeside by the Seaside retreat your next Oregon Coast adventure. Relax in front of the fire, sip your morning coffee from the oceanview deck, or just spend your days on the sand, happy as a clam.

It was a good place to stay. It was a little walk to the beach, was not bad for our kids age 4 & 6. It is would be harder and a little longer walk if someone had a problem taking a big step up a hill. The internet is not fast enough to streaming video and the tv is small. Over all it was a good place.
Easy access, great WIFI, laundry facilites in home, nice open kitchen; seating area can seat 8; great view; new carpet upstairs in the living room; sleeps 11 if needed. 2 bathrooms and 2 separate bedrooms. We had an enjoyable time. Plenty of wood for the wood stove. everything you need is there. Century Link TV, with DVD and VHS players. Books, games, and movies - just in case it rains! Great water pressure, and good hot water. Just have a great time.
Nice view from upstairs patio of the surf and to the north Cascade Head. Nice walk to beach; Upstairs is great; lots of room for eating and socializing. Kitchen is good; lots of hot water; good water pressure. 2 baths - yes wonderful!! Pretty good house.
The home was located in perfect location to casino and beach, which was a major plus for us. The house was clean and had plenty of room for the entire family. ONLY PROBLEM THE HOUSE HAS A MOLD SMELL it was so bad that we spent 90% of our time at the beach or doin other things in the city. I had to go to a local store and buy candles just to mask the SMELL, that was the only way we could bare to stay in the house. Thank god they had a washer and dryer because all of our belongings smelled like mold. Would I rent again ??? yes if they can fix the mold problem.. if not it's not worth the possibility of getting sick. Overall without the bad SMELL it's definitely worth staying. I guess you get what you pay for
