Angie knew I wanted to stay in Tree Tops because friends were staying in another unit, and she kept trying until she got me a unit. She was great to work with! The condo was clean and spacious. The master bed was uncomfortable, but I rarely like hotel beds. The view was gorgeous, and this place is just a couple of miles from all the Gatlinburg action. Now for the weirdness. My keys wouldn't work when I got back to the condo in the wee hours of the morning after a football game. And security's phone number was inside the condo. Ugh! I texted my friends, and we were able to call security to let me in. I've stayed in dozens of hotels, and that has never happened to both keys. But that wasn't the craziest thing that happened. The next morning before I checked out, some guy let himself into my condo with a key that worked. He said they told him at the front desk that the place was ready for him. I called the front desk, and they said they didn't know how that happened. And finally, about an hour later, I was getting ready to check out, and the maid let herself in. I hadn't checked out yet, so why did everyone have a key to my room that worked, but me? I'm not sure I would stay here again because of these issues.
My family and I loved staying at the Tree Tops Resort! It's in a great location and close to everything. Our two boys loved the outside pool which was a very short walk from the condo we stayed in. We will definitely stay here again and have already recommended to friends.
Thanks so much!

A very clean and comfortable place to stay. Perfect amenities for families. Close to everything but feels secluded and quiet.
This condo is very nice and very clean. The location is great , close to touristy area , just less than 10 min drive. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My room faced to the creek and mountain which was beautiful. I would highly recommend this place for sure if you plan to visit Gatlinburg or Great smoky mountain NP. ^^
Once again, my stay was beyond awesome! I'm spoiled...I'll stay here every time I visit!
I contacted the "condo owner" or "condo manager" originally through Home Away, by inquiring about a specific condo at a specific address. A representative wrote me back saying that it was available and that I could call or email to book. When I did contact her, she asked what I needed, and I told her that specific unit. She informed me that it was not available but that she could find me something else. In the end she booked me a condo that was what we needed, but further than what we were hoping for. The condo was in a great complex, with great amenities, and near a good area in Gatlinburg. Overall, the condo was great, it was just a bit frustrating trying to find what exactly was available.
