We had a group of friends that stayed in the Penthouse Suite. It was appointed very nicely. Master suite, guest room and living areas all look out to the water. Beautiful balcony view. Full size appliances. The pool area was nice got shady early. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The owner was very friendly. We felt safe and honored to be in her beautiful home.
It was just right for our family (self, husband, mother and 3 daughters ages 15-20). The view was definitely the highlight - we definitely enjoyed it. Arcelia was wonderful to work with and provided wonderful information about the area and the building. She and her husband greeted us and gave us the keys and a quick viewing of the condo. We were grateful that it was family oriented (i.e. quiet overall and no boisterous neighbors) - that was just what we wanted. We wish we had had more time to enjoy the pool facilities that overlooked the bay and had a gorgeous setting. Our 15 year old was thrilled by the gym facilities and utilized them most evenings. The building has a convenience store on 2nd level which is very convenient and we made use of regularly. There is also a highly rated restaurant on premises. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to visit the restaurant (it did smell delicious, though). The Brickell area was beautiful and felt very safe and friendly - we walked the area a lot. The building was undergoing some construction and it was a little startling to have workers (they were friendly and pleasant) right outside the windows especially as we were on the 35 floor. Fortunately the windows had a screen that provided necessary privacy. The upside was we didn't lose the use of our balcony which was a plus (we spent most of our time looking at view - that was hard to leave!). The only issue we had and obviously couldn't be immediately addressed was the pull out sofa in living room had been damaged from a previous user. It is important to note that the owners provided an air mattress as a much apprecited way to resolve the issue. Our 15 year old was able to sleep on the sofa comfortably so it didn't cause any issues. Overall it was a wonderful visit and we all felt it was a great vacation! Thanks, Arcelia for graciously hosting us! We would definitely recommend this rental to any one wanting a relaxing stay in Miami.
We had an wonderful time staying in this amazing penthouse on the 35th floor looking over the Miami Bay. It was really like having a home away from home with beautiful furniture and everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely return soon! Arcelia Dove, the owner, who is not only beautiful, but extremely personable, is on site, and as friendly and helpful as she can be. I highly recommend this as a wonderful place to stay for an amazing vacation in paradise!
From the moment we arrived at the apartment building we could tell we were in for something very special, however nothing prepared us for the spectacular views from every room in the apartment of the ocean, the bay and the gorgeous downtown Miami night lights. The apartment was immaculate, fully furnished including everything we need to make a nice meal as we settled in. The apartment is right in the heart of everything happening in Miami and great restaurants and shopping are within walking distance including the indoor-outdoor restaurant downstairs which is very good. Everything we needed for the perfect stay was there. The owner Arcelia is very accommodating and responsive, her commitment to insuring our delight was obvious. We can't wait to come back!
We were pleasantly greeted by the owner of the apartment and felt very welcome. We had an absolutely great stay in this beautiful penthouse on the 35th floor in the heart of Miami with an amazing view of the bay of Biscayne. The exquisitely furnished and well kept apartment has everything needed as advertised to feel "just at home" in the incomparable surroundings of a preferred location in the "Magic City". The organization and infrastructure couldn't be better: check-in, valet parking, recommendations, shopping etc. etc. .We enjoyed our stay and we definitely hope to return sometime soon, we just felt at home. The building is impressive and the employees are polite and very helpful. Our stay in Miami was greatly enhanced by the lovely owner, Arcelia Dove who is on site, and as accommodating as you will ever find. It became obvious to me very quickly that she takes great pride in her work. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed beautiful Miami and would definitely come again.
Lamentable experiencia.
