Located in beautiful Breckenridge, Colorado, our Townhome is a tri-level unit, with ground level entry, in the Cedars complex at the base of Peak 9, adjacent to Quick Silver chair lift.

Comfortably furnished with lots of space, our townhome is just like a 'home-away-from-home.' In addition to the amenities listed, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a Captain bunk bed. The bottom bunk is a full-size bed and the top bunk is a single. Each bedroom also has a full bath. There is also a queen-size sofa sleeper (with electric pump air mattress) in the living area.

With a pool and hot tub just down the block and the downtown shops, entertainment, and dining within walking distance, there is always something available for everyone. Summer time is just as fun as the ski season, with lots of activities. The Summit County area really caters to the tourists. Often, there are festivals of some type going on during the summer, along with all the other recreational activities you would enjoy in a Beautiful Mountain Setting.

During the ski season your Breckenridge lift tickets are also valid at Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Vail. You might consider trying the night skiing at Keystone. There is a shuttle service back and forth to each of the resorts. In addition to skiing and snowboarding, there is also tubing and skating.

Current and modern. The entire unit has been remodeled including a grommet kitchen, 3 upgraded bathrooms and the sun room in the master bedroom.

Wonderful Slope Side Condo

We stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed the condo. Very spacious with high-end finishes. Great late season skiing. Very convenient to town and peak 9. Would definitely stay again.

Location, location, location

You can't beat this place if you are looking for convenience to town and skiing at the same time. The kitchen is stocked better than my home. Unlike most rentals where the drawers are practically empty containing only the essentials this rental has all the tools, pots and pans to cook any meal you want.

The other reviews are correct that some of the furniture and decorations are dated and not my style. However at the end of the day in this case you are borrowing someone else's home not a commercial property established to appeal to the masses.

The owners make it convenient to gain entry when you arrive regardless of time, and provide all the necessities required for a stay after air travel. If this property matches your budget, then you will not be disappointed.

location, location, location

In my opinion, The Cedars are the best location in Breck and I've been coming to Breck for 12+ years and stayed at many places. The great ski access along with short walk to town make it hard to beat. Unit was fantastic. State of the art kitchen and beautiful bathrooms. lots of room for a 2 bedroom

Excellent location with excellent amenities

Great location, easy acccess to lift and ticket window allowed us to maximize time on the slopes. Kitchen was well equipped, and comfortable to cook and eat in. Games and movies provided relaxing entertainment by the fireplace after a long day on the hills. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable. Hot tub was an easy walk down the hill. Keypad to garage and house made it easy for 5 people to come and go as needed. We picked this condo based on the short distance to doubletree where one person was attending a conference, and it couldn't have worked out better. We'd definitely stay again
