The master is downstairs and has a King size bed. Upstairs is a second master with a queen size bed and a private entrance in addition to the regular entrance inside the house, the other room upstairs has bunk beds that sleep 3 children. The two masters, great room and the kids room feature brand new flat screen TVs. Downstairs there is a large great room with cathedral ceilings. The laundry has high capacity washer and dryer. There is a room off of the great room downstairs with a flat screen and a couch that pulls out into a double bed. Our kids consider this their room because of the privacy. Its like having a fourth bedroom. They plug in their Wii, play station, etc. The master has a large walk-in closet and large double sink vanity. It also features a private patio.
The lot is very private with great parking. It might be the largest lot in Greenwood Forest. Kitchen appliances are stainless. While renovating, we tried to maintain the classic Sea Pines feel while modernizing. Greenwood forest is a great location in the heart of Sea Pines. Very convenient to Harbour Town, The Beach and Shops. Greenwood Forest features a community pool (just renovated! Looks great),Tennis court and Playground. During Heritage week you can walk to the 6th fairway here on Wisteria.
The great room has Blu-ray player and an iPod/iPhone cd stereo system

Starting coming to Sea Pines in 1973 when I was 6 years old. Its the perfect place for families. I live in Tennessee with my wife and 2 kids and now they love Hilton Head as well.
Brian purchased this house in 2012
Greenwood Forest is convenient to everything
Very private lot, large home.
Location was near the bike path and just a quick bike ride from everything. The Pool was in the neighborhood but it backed up to some public works location that smelled like trash. The house had great open first floor with areas for all to hang out, but all of the showers were dated and the windows were covered with bugs and spider webs needing a desperate cleaning. The carpet was stained and the air upstairs was too variable making it too hot. They have up dated some counters and cabinets but need to complete the job throughout the house. It was clean but needs TLC.
I agonized over choosing the right place to stay on Hilton Head since we hadn't been there before. Boy, was I glad when I got to the house and it was PERFECT! The neighborhood was so quiet we felt like we were are on our little island. The tennis courts and pool were a short block away. We ran to the beach each morning to watch the sunrise. The path right next to the house that connects all of the beaches and the Sea Pines area was great to walk, run and bike ride on. The best part was that our two small dogs were in Hilton Head Heaven! The backyard had natural barriers so there were no worries when letting them out. They loved walking through the flat and beautifully landscaped neighborhood each day. The owner was attentive and quick to return answers to any questions we had while we were there. This is your place on Hilton Head if you really want to have TONS of room, near the beach, love to ride bikes and just get some R & R. The folks at the Lawton Stables were super nice as well - we enjoyed our ride. GREAT WEEK for our family!
Great home and wonderful location. The home is located in very peaceful neighborhood with easy bike ride to Sea Pines Beach Club. Plenty of room for our family and spacious enough we all had privacy.
The house and location were wonderful. There were many little annoyances that should have been managed better. There were several missing or burnt out light bulbs. The smoke detector in the kitchen and upstairs thermostat needed a new battery. The pool required an access card, that was not mentioned anywhere on line or on the list of things to know on the fridge. The owner was responsive, however, and we made the best of it....
Nice home, most of the house newly updated. Plenty of seating and dining space, big kitchen, big bedrooms with lots of space. Neighborhood pool was nice, and not overcrowded at all even in the dead of the summer season. If I could give it 4.5 stars, I would.
The home exceeded our expectations! It was very spacious and I was amazed how much closet space there was for all of our belongings. There were three adults and two children in our group, and everyone seemed to have his or her own space. The kids loved spending time in the "kids room" off of the living room. They seemed to love the doors so they could have their privacy but I appreciated the windows in the doors so I could keep an eye on them. We loved the quiet neighborhood and backyard and the pool was conveniently located (a couple minute bike ride) from the house. We all agreed that we had made an excellent choice of accommodations!
