One of the most beautifully decorated condos on the Mexican Caribbean. The valued priced condo sits on the Puerto Aventuras Marina right at the inlet to the Caribbean Ocean. Puerto Aventuras is a 600 acre gated community with every vacation amenity imaginable. It is the perfect get-away... You are just steps from the marina, beach, numerous shopping boutiques and over 14 restaurants. Within walking distance you'll also find a liquor store, pharmacy and a convenience store. This location boasts relaxation, adventure, and all the comforts of home all wrapped into one vacation.
If you love seafood there's over 42 fishing boats based in the Marina. Take a stroll to the Marina at 1PM and 5PM and you'll see boats pouring in with fresh fish for purchase from the fishermen. They filet and clean your fish perfect for grilling back at the condo. (Grill provided at the condo) Can't get any fresher than this!
We provide you with 2 bicycles. We also provide you with bottled water, maid service, and many other amenities. This location is flat making your adventure easy to get around and visit the golf course, tennis courts, Omni host beach, restaurants and so much more. Transportation from the Cancun Airport are available or you may wish to rent a car.

The Rivera Maya is a dream come true. I have traveled all of Mexico and found this area by chance 16 years ago. Enjoy great weather, beaches, food and atmosphere have made this place my second home. You will never go wrong visiting or moving to this piece of heaven. I personally stay here 4-5 times a year. Making over 65 visits to date.

Luxury Loft Condo on the Mexican Caribbean
We enjoyed 2 months in this cute condo. The location is ideal, sitting right on the marina, where we could watch all the activity of tour and fishing boats coming into the harbour. There is a lovely little beach just around the corner where we went snorkelling every day. The bicycles were a wonderful feature, and we made good use of them around the complex. The condo has air conditioning, but we found the lovely through breezes meant we did not have to use it. Puerto Aventuras is ideally situated to explore up and down the coast. The colectivo buses are great fun and it is easy to get to Tulum, Akumal, Playa del Carmen and centotes.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Great place, location and community

I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed the use of your condo last week. We found it to be a nice unit with beautiful views of the harbor and the boats coming and going. The bikes were great since I often used one to check out the latest catch as the fishing boats returned each day. I had never been to P.A. before but found it to be a very nice first class and well planned community with all types of shops and restaurants, yet peaceful and a great place to relax.

Puerto Adventuras
We had a great time at Puerto Adventuras. The condo is close to everything, dining, shopping, and
Dolphin Discovery. Weather was perfect, can't wait to go back!
You wont be dissapointed.
Proprty mgt was friendly and easy to work with. Angie's condo is a clean well maintained 1 bedroom loft with two full/queen beds. Good breezes when the front and back doors are open. AC works great if you need it. Internet was very reliable. Good location on the marina. Bikes were a nice benefit to fully explore Puerto. Condo would work for up to 2 adults and 2 kids. If you have a 2-3 year old the spiral staircase could be an issue but thats about it. Overall... Good value and I would stay there again.

The amenities of the condo were perfect! The location is ideal, close to local shopping as well as quick excursions to Akumal, Tulum & Play Del Carmen. Had the best time EVER! Wish we could have stayed much longer, but had to get back to reality...work :(
