Maximum 4 weeks Ski Season booking Dec 1-April 30. The owner uses the condo for stays between guests.

BEFORE YOU BOOK. This condo is intended for TWO ADULTS up to 450 lbs maximum total on the KING bed and TWO CHILDREN/SMALL ADULTS under 5'6" and maximum 220 lbs on the pull out. NO large ADULTS on the pull out. The pull out is 8 years old and not comfortable for lengthy use and cannot support a large adult. If you do not meet these guidelines, please do not book the condo.

Centrally located to all the ski resorts. Minutes from Copper, Keystone, Breckenridge and 25 minutes to Vail. Frisco is the only town that has the Safeway, Walmart and Whole Foods. The condo is minutes away.

Hyatt/Westin type luxury for half of what you would pay slopeside! Timberline Cove is Frisco's signature community with quiet condos.

Condo was excellent!

This condo was lovely and well appointed from the granite counters to the cabinets with no-slam self-closing hardware. The location was very convenient to everything, especially the bike path that was right off the parking lot. My husband rode his bike nearly every day we were there and enjoyed the ease of getting from the condo to the path. We would love to come back to this condo if we are in this area!

Great Access to Frisco, the Bike Trail and Ski Areas!

This is unit is so convenient to Frisco and the bike trail. Everything worked as it should, clean, very well maintained, upscale unit. Owner was well organized, friendly. Morning walks around Dillon Reservoir on the bike trail treated us to views of bald eagles and ospreys! Watched fireworks from balcony on the 4th. We rented in the summer, but this unit would be very convenient for skiing at Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Copper Mountain. Vail is just over the pass using I-70, takes about 25 minutes in the summer, probably takes a bit longer in the winter depending upon road conditions. Has a large ski locker as well as covered parking space in garage, you would not have to scrape snow off of vehicle for morning skiing! Would definitely rent again when returning to Summit County.

Spacious 1-bedroom

Clean, nicely decorated, very spacious condo. Living room is larger than many. The second bathroom has a large shower and is nearly as roomy as the bathroom in the master suite. We appreciated the "community cupboard" so that we had access to a few grocery essentials. Kitchen is very well equipped and roomy. With seating for four at the table and four at the counter, we entertained friends and had a couple of great evenings "in" after fun days skiing nearby. Covered parking is always a plus.

The condo is beautiful. And the new king size bed very comfortable. It's close proximity to the new Starbucks and Whole Foods and easy to get to the resorts. So nice to come home to a nice kitchen and fireplace after a day of skiing.

Could be better

Location and building w/underground garage and elevator were good. Condo itself was dark and gloomy. Has 2 baths, but a sofa bed that is unusable. Not good for a 6 week stay with occasional guests.

Owner's Response: This "Hyatt/Westin level" condo has had VRBO guest for over 8 years with mostly 5 STAR ratings from guests. Please take a look at our other reviews. It's sad to see a sour grapes review from elderly guests with very unreasonable expectations and issues. My impression is that if they were in a 5 star hotel somewhere they would find anything to whine/complain about at the front desk in hopes for a free night or dinner....readers, you do know these types of people! Anyone who thinks a pull out is comfortable for anyone but children needs to think again...regardless a NEW mattress was added in March 2015. This guest was there 6 weeks without a a peep from them until they departed. If a guest is unhappy with a unit the guest should call the landlord immediately instead of dumping "venom" after they depart in a review. This condo is a one bedroom condo intended for two adults. If the condo was so dark or folks were unhappy, we would not have repeat visitors. I have complained to VRBO about this being posted as it's venom/dribble.

The condo was wonderful! Loved the location next to the bike trail and to everything else. Went to Frisco, Copper Mountain and Breckenridge! Having two bathrooms was convenient.

This is a 'NEWER' PREMIUM level unit in a 'Signature Community' of $400k-$800k condos built in 2007, not to be compared to a remodel in an old building (with their noise issues, lack of appliances in unit, etc). We do not compete with old condo complexes or hotel rooms. The unit is comparable with slopeside new units like One Ski Hill Place without their outrageous prices.

This is a 1000 square foot condo with ALL amenities and the feel of being in a Westin/Hyatt like 5 Star property.


Frisco is centrally located to all the resorts: 5 min to Copper, 10 min to Breckenridge and Keystone, 25 min to Vail. This is the locals town. Enjoy your day on the slopes and come home to lower cost upscale restaurants and shopping. Nice restaurants with less wait to be seated (compared with the resort), fast food, fine dining, Whole Foods, Safeway and Walmart walking distance. Free Skier Shuttle 1/2 block away.

If you don't have a season ski pass we have places to get discounts on lift tickets for our guests.

Compare these listings carefully. Mountainside, Woodbridge and Creekside are OLD buildings with issues. A remodel in an old building is just that. Compare with our building built in 2007.
