We have a bedroom with a king bed, and another with a queen bed. A den has a futon which opens to a full bed. Gas grill supplements the fully equipped kitchen for cooking and serving meals.
Dunedin is a lovely spot with a lively downtown and arts community. Events are held throughout the year including seasonal festivals, art shows and farmers markets. Many choices on golf courses within 10 miles of the house, including Dunedin Golf Club, .2 miles from the house; close to Pinellas Trail, 34 miles of paved former railway, available for biking, walking and running activities. Close by beaches Honeymoon Island State Park, 5 minutes, Clearwater Beach, 18 minutes, or St. Pete Beach 50 minutes.
We fell in love with this Florida home as soon as we saw it -- it's charming and a lovely place to just kick back and relax!
My husband and I along with our two Doxies greatly enjoyed our two weeks in this wonderful home located in the Dunedin golf course community. The house is fully equipped with everything you could ever need including gas grill, beach gear and bicycles. Short walk or bike ride to the Pinellas Trail will have you in the downtown area or Honeymoon Island in no time. If you like to golf, there is a Par 3 and a full course right in the neighborhood that is available to the public. Fish along the causeway or at any of the public park areas. Quaint little town that's laid back, comfortable and very friendly. Plenty of room in this home for family and friends to visit. Nice fenced backyard for the pups to play in. We loved it!!
This house is 2 blocks from the Dunedin Golf Club, convenient to Bayshore Blvd (Alt 19), Publix, etc.
The owners have thought of every small detail (i.e. pens, paper, scissors in the office). The WiFi worked well and the cable TV had a wide assortment of channels to please everyone. Very comfortable and roomy. We would love to stay there again, if the opportunity arises.
I have rented many long term rentals and this is, by far, the best experience I have ever had. My pets travel with me and thoroughly loved having a huge fenced in yard to play in. This home has everything you could possibly need or want. It was a pleasure to stay there for 6 months.
The manual is filled with information and directions on everything from restaurants, sigh-seeing, how to operate the tv, maintenance information, details regarding landscaping, the house cleaner, maintenance and contact information for everything. The home owners are easy to get in touch with, flexible and accommodating. The home is spacious, comfortable, well stocked, well maintained and is in a great quiet neighborhood and close to shopping, restaurants and charmimg downtown Dunedin. Frenchy's on the causeway has a great atmosphere and delicious food offering many healthy choices. Honeymoon Island is absolutely beautiful and only a couple of miles away. You can rent waverunners, kayaks and paddle boards on the causeway. The pinellas trail is right there and there are bikes for you to enjoy provided by the homeowners.
It's rare to find a wonderful pet friendly home to rent and even rarer to find homeowners that have thought of everything and are genuinely the nicest people I have come across in years. What are you waiting for? Contact the owners and book this gem right away!
We loved our stay in this large and most accommodating home. We stayed two weeks, sharing it with another couple. There was plenty of room for everyone! The kitchen is huge and has every pan or utensil you could possibly need for cooking. The pantry was well stocked with items you would normally need to purchase. There was an abundance of towels, including beach towels. The beds were very comfortable and having three bathrooms was a blessing. The neighborhood made the first great impression. It was absolutely beautiful and within walking (along the Pinellas Trail) distance to stores, the golf course, and the beach causeway. I highly recommend Frenchy's restaurant, which is less than a mile away. We went there quite often. Downtown Dunedin is a joy to explore. The Draught Haus restaurant was another one we frequented.
The owners of this home could not have been nicer during all communications and assured us that any problems encountered would be taken care of immediately. We would most definitely stay here again!
We had a nice stay.
This is our second year staying at this beautiful home and we love it.
It is in great shape, quiet neighborhood, close to the bike path and Hammock Park.
3 miles from the beach. It is a perfect place to stay in Dunedin. We feel very fortunate to have found this ideal spot.
