We have been enjoying the Carolina Coastline for more than 30 years. The golden mile of Myrtle Beach seems to offer the best of everything. It's located in a quiet area yet so near all of the action Myrtle Beach offers. It feels like a safe/clean area.
What makes this Condo unique
While many condo's rented have realtor fees, we do the work ourselves saving you money. You're only having to pay the nominal Home Away fee.

Let's start from the beginning. We were contacted and requested to delay our travel because of a situation at the location. We were contacted about 2 hours later to inform us that it had been delt with and it was a stolen chair and blanket. As we settle in we realize that shower is clogged and inform the owners in which they did nothing. Everything I s great until we wake up on 8/5 to a bed bug on a pillow. We look and find one more and multiple dead ones and spots in the corners of the bed. We contact the owners and they do not respond to any phone calls, only an email. In the meantime while we wait on an email reply, I contact VRBO and they lined us up to stay in a different hotel for our last night. We hear back from Sharon and she informs us that the people complained about this prior to use and didn't disclose this info to us. She lied about the "situation" at the location. They report expects sprayed the day before we came and promised the bed bugs were gone. Well you see this is another lie as the exterminators were present when we left and reported they came to the property on 8/1 which was our check in date. We had to buy trash bags and promptly bag up all our things. We chose to go to the bed for the rest of the afternoon until check in at the new place. When we came up from the beach the exterminators were there and we had to leave therefore we did not get a chance to clean up. This is important because Sharon complained that we left sand in the clogged bathroom she did nothing about. This was their response to us asking for a refund for at least one night. They did not take any responsibility for their unsafe environment and did not handle it in an appropriate way. These people do not have the kindness or skills to rent a home. Worst experience I have ever had and still looking and scared that I brought bed bugs home. They also downplayed our concerns.
We loved this property! Very clean, great view, and plenty of space for me, my husband, and our son. Only complaint would be the parking garage is VERY narrow - it was very stressful getting in and out of the garage in our midsize SUV. Other than that, we had no problems! Great location, only a short drive to most dining and entertainment options. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was just as described and perfectly met our expectations! It was a very quick trip for our Saturday wedding and then back home Sunday but it was a weekend we will treasure the rest of our lives together! Thank you Sharon for sharing your beautiful space with us!
We're located in "The Golden Mile" of Myrtle Beach. There is no public parking in the nearby area. It's a bit more relaxed than the city, yet minutes away. For those who enjoy running, there's an ocean front walking/ruñning path with exercise equipment along the way. For those not interested in driving, we're a short distance from the airport, Uber takes care of the rest. Food stores, shopping and restaurants are less than a mile away.
