Clean & cozy beach condo, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 4-6 guests

You’ll have a beautiful ocean and beach view in cozy surroundings here in A21, whether you’re in the kitchen, getting fresh air on the lanai, curled up on an overstuffed sofa, or just taking in the view from the King-sized bed through your floor-to-ceiling glass doors that look out on the Gulf.

This condo is in the building that is closest to the water – just steps from the beach and pool, the ideal location. You’ll be provided virtually everything you need for play on the beach or in and around the pool and club.

If TV & home movies are part of your vacation, we offer a beautiful 55” flat-screen TV in the living room, along with a DVD player that will access your Netflix or Amazon accounts! If you also like to have a little music, we offer a Sony radio/CD/iPod player and a separate tape player in the living room. The master and guest bedrooms also offer 32” flat-screen TVs!

You’ll have room for four to six people in your private condo. In addition to the king bed in the master bedroom, the extra bedroom has two twin beds, and the living room offers a queen-sized sleeper sofa.

The master bedroom has a private full bathroom with an extra-large rainforest shower plus handheld showerhead, and a newly tiled floor. A new granite counter tops the two-sink vanity. The bathroom offers a new well-lighted cosmetics table for the evenings you choose to spend out at fine dining, clubs, or other night-life spots on Sanibel.

The guest room offers an attached bath with a combination shower and tub, also recently updated.

The kitchen is well equipped with a full selection of cooking and serving utensils on-hand, with a granite-top island. This is an open plan kitchen, so you can prepare a snack or a multi-course meal for six but still chat with friends who are in the dining area or living room.

Pointe Santo's tropically landscaped grounds include a swimming pool, a hot tub, six outdoor gas grills and on-site supervised children’s activities for kids 4 and up on weekdays year 'round, during high season Sundays too.

With one of the best beaches on Sanibel, it is the ideal location to enjoy the Gulf. You’ll be close to restaurants & shops ranging from casual to upscale, and a choice of golf courses.

Yet with all the peace, quiet, and beauty, you're just a short drive away from the diverse shopping, entertainment, & dining opportunities in Fort Myers, Florida.

We took ownership of the unit in December 2012, and we've done important updates & upgrades every year!

Please note that we choose to book the unit on a weekly basis only, from Saturday-to-Saturday, with a few exceptions for less busy times of year. Although you may arrive and depart when you wish, we need to charge as though the unit is fully occupied.

Why Glen Ulmer chose Florida South Central Gulf Coast

Our condo has a great view of the ocean and is comfortable while still beautifully furnished with a 'modern beach' feeling. We are just yards away from the beach -- the closest and best view of the beach anywhere on Sanibel. We stay in the unit ourselves at least two weeks of year, usually in May and December, and we try to keep it like a second home; we renovated both bathrooms and redecorated and painted in November 2013. We're located 3 minutes by car from the nicest part of the business district, with very good local restaurants and shops but with lots peace and quiet.

Our luxurious and comfortable vacation home comes with a great view, direct beach access, and everything you need for a spectacular vacation.

Beautiful!!!!

The condo and the surrounding property was beautiful!! We loved the open concept of the condo!! We have small children, so if they were playing in the living room, we could see them from the kitchen, and we loved that!! The view from the condo was amazing!! We loved drinking out coffee on the screened in balcony every morning!! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Great property in a fabulous location.

Really enjoyed our stay on Sanibel island. The condo was super nice and in a perfect location. If you are looking for a great place to unwind and relax, this is your place.

Great Stay

We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. It's a great property. We had a nice view of the ocean from the patio. The patio is totally screened in which made it so nice to be out there at anytime. I loveed that the bike path was right ouside the propery. Once we rented bikes we didn't need to drive anywhere. I am hoping our plans for next year allow us to return.

Is six stars too many?

This is a beautiful home away from home, and in such a great location on Sanibel Island. It was organized and spotlessly clean when we arrived and really everything was just as promised, even better than the beautiful pictures. We were impressed by the check-in information we received by email, and also the information in the folder in the house when we arrived was a big help, so we felt like we had great communication from the owner. We recommend this lovely property. The local beaches were unbelievable - we saw dolphins, went shelling, and enjoyed a few local restaurants. Traders was a lot of fun, and we picked up some cute things in the gift shop. It was an amazing vacation and I'm so glad we gave it a try.

Our Yearly Spring Visit

Each year, when we return to this property, our comfort level and sense of familiarity increases!

This, year 4, found my family settling in; Cip's, Rosie's and the newer Clam Shack were visited regularly. We dog-eared funds for Sunset Cruises on Tarpon Bay- this year there were 3. Favorite bird on the island is now the Pelican. Bike riding in the early morning after a sunrise beach walk, and then a few bike rides after 6 PM.

This year, we saw: 2 'gators, a spoonbill in the rookery (Tarpon Bay), Lease Terns, a bobcat (biking in the Ding preserve area across from Bailey's), dozens of egrets, a Great Blue Heron up close, arm's length- on a little beach on Captiva, anhingas by the dozen, an osprey filleting a fish on a rooftop for his kids in a nearby nest, a huge snail, dozens and dozens of little lizards, tadpole and more birds. We saw a handful of HUGE brown rabbits lined up early morning along the grass on the bike path to Bailey's and some type of snake while Geocaching. We dropped off booty at the little Geocache behind the Library.

Shell Museum, Historical Village and a few stops to the DG have been added to our yearly list of casual activities :)

And then there is the unit... the property...

Beds very comfortable, perfectly cleaned and stocked with everything we needed, plenty of morning meals on the lanai, pool and beach items in the store room, gas grills outside for shishkabobs and grilled pineapples, ice cream at the little club house, that fantastic pool, friendly people, and though we are not smokers- I thought it very nice that a new smoking area was added near the bike racks.

Next year we will visit for 3 weeks- because when weighing and measuring the pros and cons of owning our own condo begins to enter my mind- I think of A-21 and figure it just isn't necessary. While we are in this condo, it feels like our own little vacation property- one we visit each year, one we've come to love, one filled with family memories and in the case of our son- little family milestones, and one that is reliable and well kept.

Easy vacation, great location, and nice condo

First time on Sanibel, usually we've been vacationing in other parts of Florida's gulf, and what a difference! Beautiful condo grounds, nicely maintained, a great beach but without the noise and groups of college kids. Good place for kids too.

Everything in the unit was as promised, just like the pictures, and in good shape. Thanks for a really good vacation, we';; be back
