Super clean & very cozy beach condo, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 4-6 guests

You’ll have a beautiful ocean and beach view and an inviting home away from home here in A21, whether you’re in the kitchen, getting fresh air on the lanai, curled up on an overstuffed sofa, or just taking in the view from the King-sized bed through your floor-to-ceiling glass doors that look out on the Gulf.

Our building is as close to the water as you can get on the whole island. We're just steps from the beach and pool, it's an ideal location. You’ll be provided virtually everything you need for play on the beach or in and around the pool and club.

We offer a beautiful 55” flat-screen TV in the living room, along with a DVD player that will access your Netflix or Amazon accounts! The master and guest bedrooms also offer 32” flat-screen TVs. If you also like to have a little music, we offer a Sony radio/CD/iPod player and a separate tape player in the living room.

You’ll have room for four to six people in your private condo. In addition to the king bed in the master bedroom, the extra bedroom has two twin beds, and the living room offers a queen-sized sleeper sofa.

The master bedroom has a private full bathroom with an extra-large rainforest shower plus handheld showerhead, and a newly tiled floor. A new granite counter tops the two-sink vanity. The bathroom offers a new well-lighted cosmetics table for the evenings you choose to spend out at fine dining, clubs, or other night-life spots on Sanibel.

The guest room offers an attached bath with a combination shower and tub, also recently updated.

The kitchen is well equipped with a full selection of cooking and serving utensils on-hand, with a granite-top island. This is an open plan kitchen, so you can prepare a snack or a multi-course meal for six but still chat with friends who are in the dining area or living room.

We also provide some extras that some units overlook -- laundry baskets & hamper, extra lighting for bathroom mirrors (when needed), salt & pepper, labels on the light switches so you know how to turn the lights on & off, extra keys, extra coffee filters, and many other touches just intended to make things feel familiar and comfortable.

Pointe Santo's tropically landscaped grounds include a swimming pool, a hot tub, six outdoor gas grills and on-site supervised children’s activities for kids 4 and up on weekdays year 'round, during high season Sundays too.

With one of the best beaches on Sanibel, it is the ideal location to enjoy the Gulf. You’ll be close to restaurants & shops ranging from casual to upscale, and a choice of golf courses.

Yet with all the peace, quiet, and beauty, you're just a short drive away from the diverse shopping, entertainment, & dining opportunities in Fort Myers, Florida.

We took ownership of the unit in December 2012, and we've done important updates & upgrades every year!

Please note that we choose to book the unit on a weekly basis only, from Saturday-to-Saturday, with a few exceptions for less busy times of year. Although you may arrive and depart when you wish, we need to charge as though the unit is fully occupied.

Well appointed condominium at Pointe Santo on Sanibel Island.

The condo was great! It had all the amenities we needed and very clean. Loved the fact we didn't need to take up space in our luggage with beach towels. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The view was incredible. The grounds and pool/spa were well maintained. Definitely a place I would recommend to others.

Beautiful vacation!

Our second visit, and we still love your place! The location is unbeatable on Sanibel, we get stay practically on top of the beach and also so close to the best stores. Your condo is really a gem - clean, comfortable, and so nicely decorated with the beach theme. Thanks for letting us share your little slice of paradise and we will make our plans for next year very soon.

Perfect Location

Location is everything, anywhere. My husband and I have been coming to Sanibel for 18 years mostly renting a house in March. This year we spent a week at the end of January at Pointe Santo, a wonderful condo on West Gulf Drive complete with an elevator near the unit. Our second floor corner condo had such a perfect view of the ocean and we were only a few minutes from the water. The kitchen in the condo was fully supplied and lacked nothing and the furniture was very comfortable. We were totally impressed with the speed of the wifi. The connection was always great with never a problem. Additionally and very important to us was the availability of the owner and prep work he went through to make our week easy. He took care of every detail before we arrived so that we were fully informed and had no unexpected surprises that would interfere with us having a great week. Every renter wants a landlord like we had. Thank you Glen. It was great. I would recommend A21 to everyone.

Loved it!

We just returned from 2 wonderful weeks at the condo. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We appreciated the full-sized washer and dryer and all the kitchen appliances. The porch has a great view of the complex, the ocean, and faces east for the sunrise. The unit is well-managed, and when the almost new microwave suddenly stopped working, the manager came right over with a loaner replacement (Thanks, Jim).

It was a pleasure dealing with the owner, Glen, who made everything easy.

The Condo is a great location, mid-island, for sunrises and sunsets. It is also convenient for walking or biking to Bailey's market, biking to Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge, or biking to other points on the island. With rented bikes, we barely used the car in two weeks.

Sweet Sanibel memories!

Very clean, well cared-for condo with a beautiful wide-open view of the Gulf. Thanks Greg and Bettina for your advice and your beautiful home. We also learned about some really fun things to do by reading the notes from other guests in your guest books.

We loved the italian place, Il Tesoro, and riding bikes out to the lighthouse was a fun day too.

We will gladly book here again on our next trip to Sanibel.

Tranquil and beautiful

The Beach and propert were beautiful. The patio was a beautiful place to have coffee in the morning and watch the sunrise. Also amazing for snacks and drinks after the beach. Loved the wide patio doors. Slept with the doors open and ac off listening to the ocean. We plan to go back to the same place every year because it is a quiet part of the island but also a short drive to all restaurants, which are numerous.
