You’ll have a beautiful ocean and beach view and an inviting home away from home here in A21, whether you’re in the kitchen, getting fresh air on the lanai, curled up on an overstuffed sofa, or just taking in the view from the King-sized bed through your floor-to-ceiling glass doors that look out on the Gulf.

This condo is in the building that is closest to the water – just steps from the beach and pool, the ideal location. You’ll be provided virtually everything you need for play on the beach or in and around the pool and club.

If TV & home movies are part of your vacation, we offer a beautiful 55” flat-screen TV in the living room, along with a DVD player that will access your Netflix or Amazon accounts! If you also like to have a little music, we offer a Sony radio/CD/iPod player and a separate tape player in the living room. The master and guest bedrooms also offer 32” flat-screen TVs!

You’ll have room for four to six people in your private condo. In addition to the king bed in the master bedroom, the extra bedroom has two twin beds, and the living room offers a queen-sized sleeper sofa.

The master bedroom has a private full bathroom with an extra-large rainforest shower plus handheld showerhead, and a newly tiled floor. A new granite counter tops the two-sink vanity. The bathroom offers a new well-lighted cosmetics table for the evenings you choose to spend out at fine dining, clubs, or other night-life spots on Sanibel.

The guest room offers an attached bath with a combination shower and tub, also recently updated.

The kitchen is well equipped with a full selection of cooking and serving utensils on-hand, with a granite-top island. This is an open plan kitchen, so you can prepare a snack or a multi-course meal for six but still chat with friends who are in the dining area or living room.

Pointe Santo's tropically landscaped grounds include a swimming pool, a hot tub, six outdoor gas grills and on-site supervised children’s activities for kids 4 and up on weekdays year 'round, during high season Sundays too.

With one of the best beaches on Sanibel, it is the ideal location to enjoy the Gulf. You’ll be close to restaurants & shops ranging from casual to upscale, and a choice of golf courses.

Yet with all the peace, quiet, and beauty, you're just a short drive away from the diverse shopping, entertainment, & dining opportunities in Fort Myers, Florida.

We took ownership of the unit in December 2012, and we've done important updates & upgrades every year!

Please note that we choose to book the unit on a weekly basis only, from Saturday-to-Saturday, with a few exceptions for less busy times of year. Although you may arrive and depart when you wish, we need to charge as though the unit is fully occupied.

condo was better than pictured. very clean well equipped. beach towels, beach toys umbrellas and chairs nice extra. location is on quiet part of island very little traffic on west gulf. 2 min to Baileys for groceries and Docs for rum drinks. teenagers loved the pool and rode bikes all over the island. end condo very quiet and 2nd floor is perfect walkup fantastic shower in master. everything was extremely well maintained including the very smooth doors to balcony . loved the ability to see and hear the waves. plenty of clean gas grills (although were very hard to get hot to sear food) Sanibel at its best

Idyllic escape on Sanibel Island

Thank you to Glen and Bettina for allowing my family to stay in their lovely beachfront condo. It was the perfect spot for our spring break!

Our favorite things about the condo (A21 Pointe Santo):

1) Proximity to the beach -- I cannot emphasize enough how close this condo is to the Gulf of Mexico. A short walk down a paved path takes you directly to the beach where you can find beautiful shells, watch for dolphins, snorkel, paddle board, walk/run, etc.

2) The lanai, or screened porch, was a relaxing, breezy spot with an incredible view of the beach and ocean from sunrise to sunset. The lanai was everyone's spot for morning coffee, reading, relaxing, etc.

3) The well-stocked kitchen has all you will need for food prep. (Of course, the local restaurants are fabulous so you will want to eat out daily!)

4) The owners are gracious and accommodating. Prior to your trip, you will receive a plethora of information about the condo and Sanibel.

What we loved about Sanibel (in no particular order):

1) The sheer number and diversity of shells is amazing! Shelling on Sanibel is addictive and rewarding as you will find so many different kinds of beautiful shells.

2) Dolphins -- A highlight of our trip was seeing dolphins in the Gulf. We spotted them swimming very close to the beach in front of Pointe Santo.

3) Tarpon Bay Explorers --- Canoeing, kayaking, and paddle boarding on Tarpon Bay are all great adventures.

4) Billy's Rentals -- Billy's rents bikes of all kinds. We rented a 4-person surrey and had a fun time pedalling to the Sanibel Lighthouse and back.

5) Restautants -- On Sanibel, you must eat at the Island Cow! The food is scrumptious, and the atmosphere is playful and relaxing. Doc Ford's is also delicious. On nearby Captiva, the Mucky Duck has great food and a prime location for watching the sunset.

Pointe Santo is a great vacation spot on Sanibel Island and A21 is a beautifully updated condo with a fantastic view of the gulf and close to the beach and the pool.
