About the property

The house is situated in a quiet side street (dead end). In the neighborhood there are a few private houses. That, as typical, built in Ibiza Moorish-style house invites with its terraces and surrounded by Mediterranean garden, for reading, writing, sun, and relax. Enjoy the scent of pine trees, the chirping of crickets and the sound of waves. In the evening you will be enchanted only by breathtaking sunsets, later by a beautiful starry sky. On colder days, you can relax in the spacious, warmly decorated living room with open fireplace and a German satellite TV a nice day. They live upstairs, with absolutely separate entrance. Both the living room and a bedroom you have direct access to the terrace or Balcony. Since the house is located raised, you will be delighted from the terraces with magnificent views of the beach, the crystal clear waters of the bay.

Notes: Upon request we provide assistance when booking the flight. In order we can get you to the 'Arrive' organize that will pick you up from the airport and brought to the house. There can be shown you everything, so you can feel at home and safe from the very beginning.

Additional information: There are 2 German-language diving clubs in the bay, with which you can learn to dive, and later discover the wonderful underwater world. For hikers recommend as the spring, especially in February, you will be charmed by the flowering of the almond trees on the island. A hiking guide is on.

Tolle Wohnung, toller Ausblick-wir kommen wieder

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen! Es war alles da, was man braucht, die Balkone/Terrasse haben eine schöne Aussicht und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt!

Man kann zu Fuß zum Strand/Bucht laufen - vom Steg in der Cala Vadella fährt sogar täglich ein Boot nach Formentera und auch wir haben diesen schönen Ausflug mitgemacht.

Der Supermarkt/Bäcker in der Nähe ist klasse und unten in der Bucht gibt es großartige Restaurants.

Zu Fuß kann man einen Felsen/Aussichtspunkt erreichen, von dem man einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang erleben kann.

Wir haben auf der Insel IMMER einen Mietwagen - den braucht man schon; vorallem wenn man auch die vielen anderen schönen Strände Ibizas, den HippyMarkt Las Dalias, Ibiza-Stadt etc. sehen möchte würde ich ein Auto immer empfehlen.

Incantevole!!!

Immersa nella Baia di Cala Vedella sorge questa splendida location, lontana dal caos del centro, è un vero e proprio rifugio...con l'auto "indispensabile" si raggiungono facilmente tutti i principali luoghi d'interesse...a piedi "comodissimo" c'è un supermarket fornito con annesso bistrot da provare!!!

La spiaggia di cala Vedella offre un'ottimo punto per fare un bagno in zona...ma come detto in precedenza basta allontanarsi di poco per scoprire le altre meravigliose spiagge dell'isola...la casa davvero graziosa offre tutti i confort richiesti tra i quali anche la compagnia di una bella cucciolona che vive con la sua padrona al piano sottostante( ci è rimasta nel cuore...)sinceramente non capisco come mai San Josè sia ancora una zona poco frequentata da Italiani...merita!!! Noi come sempre la preferiremo a tutto nell'isola...e se Andrea sarà disponibile di sicuro ritorneremo a soggiornare nella sua proprietà!!! Unico neo la mancanza di un referente al momento del ns arrivo nell'isola...solo grazie alla stimata Inge, conoscente della vicina siamo riusciti a raggiungere la proprietà, un GRAZIE doveroso va anche a lei...

In conclusione SODDISFACENTE riassume la ns opinione su questa abitazione!!!

Relaxed appartment

We have stayed in the appartment for 8 days in august. Its situated very quiet, with beach/ sea view on top of the hill at Cala Vadella. There is a supermarket on walking distance with a great bar/ restaurant. You can walk to the beach, but its very rocky and offroad downhill.

The appartment was very clean, cozy and had all facilities. Nice big bed.

You need a car, although bussstop is nearby, its only going 4 times a day in the tourist season.

There is a house being built next to the appartment, but al heavy installations are ready so we did not experience any disturbance.

The only thing you need to take along here are beachtowels.

We would recommend this appartment and will come back for sure.

Sehr tolle lage und ruhig

Wir hatten eine wunderschoene woche dort gehabt.

Das apartment hat alles was man brauch sogar gewuerze und und und........

Von schlafzimmer aus hat man eine kleine 2te von 3 terassen wo man im liegen auf die bucht mit meer blick schauen kann.

Alles tip top und naechstes jahr werden wir wieder kommen..

Ps... mietauto ist ein muss dort :-)

You drive through pine forests and find the house in the west of the island in a bay (Cala Vadella). It is located 6 km from the picturesque town of San Jose, 18 km from the airport, 21 km from Eivissa (capital), 12 km from San Antonio. Within a radius of 150 m there is a supermarket and the bus station. At about 400 meters away, wild and romantic cliffs is probably the most beautiful place on the island to experience unforgettable sunsets. In the prior stored there islands Hannibal to have been born. Walk about 700 meters to the flat sandy beach which is ideal for children. Cars or Bikes can be rented in the bay. In the heart of the bay you will find a small supermarket, souvenir shops and shady places to rest. You can enjoy an intimate dinner in one of the excellent gourmet restaurants surrounded by tropical landscaped plant there.
