This NON-SMOKING 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom UPPER floor condo (No elevator) has WIRELESS + all mod cons that are required for a great vacation. SORRY - NO CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS. It is situated in a gated community on a 1,700 acre estate with 2 private golf courses. There are many picturesque lakes surrounded by miles of safe walking/jogging paths. The communal heated pool with sun loungers is a 2 minute walk away. Local amenities are within a 15 minute walk, they include supermarkets, bar/pub(showing baseball/ rugby/soccer matches), restaurants, cinema, beauty parlors etc., Oldsmar is only 30 mins from Tampa Airport, 20 mins from the Gulf of Mexico with endless beaches and parks with bar-b-q facilities. Bushe Gardens is a 40 min. drive and Disneyland 2 hour drive north of East Lake. The property offers the best of both worlds - living on the Gulf coast surrounded by numerous golf courses and only a drive away from some of the best fun parks. Shopping Malls include; The nearest and within walking distance ( 10 mins away) is East Lake Woodlands Plaza where there is Walmart Neighborhood Market, Walgreens, Mixers Pub etc.,
Then there is Boot Ranch for Publix, Target, CVS, Nail salon and more
Also there is Woodlands Square (Bealls, Marshalls, The Dollar Store, AMC movies (24 screen) on Tampa Rd., The bowling is beside the cinema also.
Countryside Mall Westfield, Citrus Park, Westfield are a short drive away where you`ll find Macy`s, JC Penny, Dillards and Sears etc.,
The Oldsmar flea market on Tampa Rd.,/Racetrack Rd., every weekend ( 8am-4.30pm)
We enjoyed our stay & found the condo clean with all the amenities.
It was a safe area & lovely for morning walks.
Close to many restaurants & shops with beaches not too far away.
The owners were wonderful to deal with & addressed any concerns promptly.
Would certainly recommend to family & friends.
This apartment/condo was very cozy, well equipped for travellers and very central to all the attractions:- Sea World/Disney and especially Busch Gardens. Only half an hour from the beaches too!!
The surrounding area of where the condo is situated is very well maintained and provides lots of walks around the estate.
The condo also has everything you need for a self catering holiday - a true home from home!
My sister and I recently rented this property for a girls spring break getaway and we loved it! The condo had all promised ammenties plus extra items that came in handy (such as a couple small coolers for drinks at the pool). We were really taken aback at just how friendly and welcoming everyone in this community was. We drove to Tampa for a baseball game (20mins), checked out Honeymoon Island (15mins) and area small towns. We really found most of what we needed was very close to this condo without the inflated prices and increased crowds closer to the beaches. We were pleasantly surpised to find out we could walk to a market/ nails/ liquor store/ bar/ sushi and more!
The owner was great to deal with and very accomodating. We really hope that we make it back to this location!
My wife & I have stayed here a few times in recent years. We find the condo clean, tidy and well equiped. The clothes washer and dryer are great for those with limited luggage. The condo is in a quiet location within the gated community, but very near the local shops & cinema complex. It has great road links - easy access to Tampa airport, Gulf beaches (Clearwater, Honeymoon & Caladesi Islands). The heated community pool is usually quiet and only a 60 second walk away being just over the road right outside the front door. The balcony is a great place to eat breakfast and start the day overlooking mature trees and a small pond that is home to the local wildlife - Turtles, fish, frogs, squirrels and lots of birds including vultures and hawks. The owners are great to deal with and I would certainly recommend this as a great place to stay.
We had a great time at Oldsmar. The condo was well equipped, clean and the pool is just over the road. The people near by made us feel very welcome. The shops and cinema are a short walk away making it an ideal place if you don't want to drive all the time. We loved it so much we have booked again for later this year. There was excellent communication with the owners.
We have recently returned from having 10 days in this condo and found it excellent value for money. It is close to beaches and is in walking distance to supermarkets and cimemas.
Very quiet estate and we were made to feel like one of the community.
Would definitely stay there again.
