Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
The stay was lovely. The home had so many helpful accommodations and made the whole trip very relaxing. Beautiful location, definitely would stay again!
House could use new carpet and paint. A set of dishes that match and not chipped. Working flashlights or candles for when power goes out. Which it did while we were there, thank goodness we all had flashlights on our phones.
Instructions said to put garbage in dumpsters but they were locked. Sofas could use a good cleaning they smell like dogs.
New cleaning crew, the kitchen floors were dirty when we arrived, there were rings inside toilets and about a inch of dust on all the baseboards.
Tried to contact Jay who was supposed to be our contact if we had questions and never received a response.
You should also have a snow shovel on hand so we could shovel the walkway and cars. The neighbors were nice enough to let us borrow theirs.
It was a great location, very clean and nicely updated. My only complaint is we slept horribly. I would highly recommend them investing in new mattresses in ALL the rooms. This would be the only reason we wouldn't come back. They were very stiff...like sleeping on plywood. Woke up really stiff everyday. Other than that the house it self was great. Loved that we were tucked in a back corner culde sac with no traffic
The price is good for a 3 bedroom unit. The carpets are badly stained by which looks like dog stains. Bedding has dog hair on it in the twin bedroom. Unit feels dirty . Candy wrappers under the furniture in bedrooms and living room.
We loved the availability of a hot tub after a long day on the slopes.
The location in between Alpine Meadows and North Star is good for skiing.
The home is well maintained, with nice comfortable beds and was a joy to stay in.
Despite the large amount of snowfall days earlier the house was easily accessible.
I can't think of anything that could have been better.
We would definitely want to stay in this home again.
