This newly remodeled townhome makes a wonderful Lake Tahoe vacation rental, right in the middle of all North Tahoe's action! Just one block from Lake Tahoe, the best skiing and biking in Tahoe, and dining, shopping, rafting, and more are within 10 miles.
The main floor has a beautiful, newly updated kitchen with a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and a full dining table for sit-down meals. In the living area, comfortable sofas and armchairs are arranged around a new flat-screen TV hanging above the cozy wood-burning fireplace.
The main floor also has a half bathroom, deck, and washer/dryer. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms for your sleeping flexibility. The master bedroom has a queen bed, another new flat-screen TV, and an en suite full bath. Across the hall are another queen bedroom, a room with four bunk beds, and another full bath. Thanks to a sparkling new remodel at the end of 2013, this lovely home feels brand new!
Sail over to the pool complex's two pools (seasonal) and year-round hot tub for some freshwater fun, or play some tennis after a morning lounging by the pool!
Centrally located to all North Tahoe has to offer, Crystal Waters Townhome is your home base for all your adventures. You may have an excellent mountain bike ride right from the door, drive just 8 miles to the best skiing in North America, classic Sierra hikes right from Tahoe City, lake and stream fishing, and so much more. Tahoe City's restaurants, shops, nightlife, and special events like the Farmer's Market and free movies and concerts on the beach are just one mile away on the paved bike trail. Of course, Nevada's casinos are just 12 miles around the lake as well.
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
We loved the availability of a hot tub after a long day on the slopes.
The location in between Alpine Meadows and North Star is good for skiing.
The home is well maintained, with nice comfortable beds and was a joy to stay in.
Despite the large amount of snowfall days earlier the house was easily accessible.
I can't think of anything that could have been better.
We would definitely want to stay in this home again.
Overall this place has everything you need: three renovated bathrooms, spacious kitchen with a dining area, three bedrooms. However, there are a number of things that make your stay uncomfortable.
- The creaking furniture from 70-80s,
- all lampshades are covered with dust and torn,
- very cheap utensils mixed with old kid spoons from Ikea,
- artificial flowers,
- all closets are clattered with hosts stuff (even a pet's pillow that smells - rather surprising discovery in a pet free home),
- old, faded and misshapen couch in living room which doesn't welcome you to sit and enjoy cozy winter evenings.
One of major discomfort - the lack of closet for outerwear. We had to throw jackets on sofa and couch, so the living room looked like a mess.
And the last but not least - very poor cleaning. All baseboards are covered with dust. In master bedroom there are dark stains on carpet. One bedsheet had stains. Under each furniture item you can find a dust which was there for ages mixed with candy wrappers or other trash collected during years.
Not a pleasant stay for Christmas or New Year celebration. Not a place you expected for ~$300 per night and $185 cleaning fee.
Just got back from an amazing 3 day vacation at this gorgeous cabin. It's located in a beautiful location, walking distance from the lake.I was very pleased by every aspect of it.This 3 bed room townhouse is built perfectly with Spacious bedrooms and excellent 2.5 bathrooms with sufficient towels and comforts .The living room was comfortable and the kitchen is fully supplied with any utensil or appliance you could possibly need! My favorite part of the house is master bed room and living room for good view of snow fall during my stay .This town house has a barbecue with private jacuzzi.
This home is gorgeous. All in all; I was very happy with our stay here, and I look forward to next time!
-Sincerely, a sufficiently pleased guest. :)
Nice walk to the lake. A comfortable kids room and nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. Picture makes living room look bigger than it is, but seating is adequate and comfortable.
