Great location in Downtown Park City. Close to ski resorts, Historical Main Street, Shopping, Dining etc. Walking distance to Grocery store, Starbucks, Ski shops, bike rental store, Burger King, Chase Bank, Theaters and a Golf Course.
FREE Bus line stops just outside the patio of this condo. Bus easily takes you to ski resorts or Historic Main street.
Great amenities include 2 shared hot tubs, a heated pool, and sauna. Other features include updated Condo with gas fireplace, covered parking, microwave, dishwasher, cable TV, granite counter tops etc.
My Dad and I stayed here for 3 nights to ski Park City and Deer Valley. It was a very nice space. Comfortable and spacious. Short walk if you want to go to Park City, but if you have ski I might suggest taking to even shorter bus ride there. Bus stop is right out front and very convenient. The pool and hot tub are amazing!
Would highly suggest this place if you are looking for something affordable and easy access to bus stop and park city mountain. Will for sure stay there again.
This condo is perfect for a small (2-3 people). It is in the perfect location to get to PCMR or the Canyons (both are easily accessed by the city bus). It is across the street from the Fresh Market food store (a full service grocery store). We enjoy staying here every year and expect to come back for our yearly snowboarding trip in 2017.

Great location and wonderful little condo! We loved it. The management was always very responsive (to my many questions), including when we had a minor malfunction while there. Recommended!
This place is a gem, we have visited Park City many times and found the location ideal on many fronts. The grocery store and Starbucks were rights across the street. The mountain was an easy walk and the bus stop was less that 100 yards away. The place was very clean and the bed quite comfortable. We would rent again if available on future trips! The owner was quite responsive and knowledgeable of the area.
This is a beautifully furnished and well equipped condo in a great location.
The living area is comfortable and very tastefully furnished, and has a large screen TV with DVD player. The sofa folds out to make a second double bed. The kitchen area is well equipped, with coffee maker, toaster, microwave and every kitchen utensil I could imagine. The bed was lovely and comfortable, and the bedroom nice and quiet. Last but not least, the bathroom is modern, clean and has a great shower.
It’s a 2 minute walk to the bus stop to get the free local bus into Park City old town or to the Deer Valley, Park City and Canyons ski areas. You can walk to Park City Main Street in 20 minutes. Park Avenue Condos are right across the road from the Fresh Market supermarket, making self catering easy. The retail complex has other shops and a cinema too. You’re also just a short walk away from Squatters Roadhouse Grill, where you’ll get great food and craft beer (it’s very popular so booking is advisable).
Communication with the owner prior to arrival, and the arrival/entry instructions, were excellent.
Would I stay there again? Definitely – and I probably will!
