House, 5 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, Sleeps 11
This breathtaking five bedroom, three bathroom vacation rental home is located in quiet Eagle-Vail, just minutes from Avon, Beaver Creek, and Vail!
In the immaculately finished basement are four bedrooms. The first bedroom on the right has a king-size bed and attached shared bathroom. The next bedroom has one twin-size bed and is attached to the same shared bathroom. On the other side of the downstairs hallway is a similar layout with two other bedrooms, one with a king, the other with a full, each sharing another full bathroom. There are toys, video games, and a music and video library in the basement media room, not to mention the miniature wine fridge!
The master bedroom, quietly located upstairs, has a giant California king bed. The attached master bathroom has double sinks with makeup mirror, a steam shower, and an over-sized bath tub. At the back of the master bathroom is the entrance to the humongous walk-in closet.
One dog is more than welcome, though a nightly pet fee does apply. Also, please note that the home has an above-the-garage apartment occasionally used by the owner; while it shares a wall with the home itself, you will still enjoy complete privacy during your stay.
This luxurious vacation rental home has a comfortably over-sized kitchen that is ready to cook anything, from a frozen pizza to a Thanksgiving feast. Vaulted ceilings and a convenient gas fireplace make the living room spacious yet cozy. This home even has a two car garage so you won't have to break out the ice scraper in the morning!
The home is just 15 minutes to Vail Village, and less than four miles (10 minutes) from the Beaver Creek Centennial chairlift!

About Vacasa, CO - Vail/Beaver Creek Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Nice on the surface but do not look underneath
There were some positive: spacious house with lots of little things (coffee, spices, salad dressing, etc in many pantries) but also lots of junk in various places.
Unfortunately, this rental house, nice on the surface, had too many deficiencies, none of them critical by itself, but when added up making it far from being adequate as the rental property
It is listed as "immaculate" and was anything but. It is just in sorry shape with an obvious lack of upkeep.
Some appliances were deficient or did not work. Some furniture were worn out, or worse. Upstairs TV had no signal. Night stand had no light. Windows were dirty
Kitchen utensils, pots and pans were plentiful but many in unacceptable condition.
When you are charged $315 for cleaning upon check-out, you expect something clean upon check-in and not lots of dirty, even filthy kitchen stuff.
When you are charged almost $300 as "service fees" you expect service. We got none from Vacasa and their local agent.
Their explanation: this is more like a airbnb home where owners live and move to a small place above the garage when the house it rented out.
If so, the house should be on airbnb, not on Vacasa who then put it on VRBO pretending that to be a true vacation home while it is not at all set up as one.
This is sad: the house has a lot to offer but just does not deliver.
Perfect house, perfect location
Everything was excellent, the location, and very close the highway... the house is peaceful and perfect !
If you have a family that needs lots of room, this is the house.
Master is upstairs which is nice to get away from the noise. The rest of the rooms are on the bottom floor. The second level is all living space, kitchen, dining, living rooms. I recommend it for large families.
Great property for family
This property works well for families with kids. 3 bedrooms have king beds and the other two are great for kids. Sledding hill and park right outside the home. Close to Walmart and eating establishments , Beaver Creek resorts for ice skating and Vail for skiing. Some
of the rooms could use a repaint and the bedding and pillows could use a major refresh but otherwise the home is clean. We would highly recommend as a great gathering spot for families!
Our entire family enjoyed this vacation from the house itself to the location. It was the perfect place for a family to spend time together and no one felt like we were on top of each other. Loved our time there. Susan K.
Great location and home.
Super friendly owner that made the stay great
