This breathtaking five bedroom, three bathroom vacation rental home is located in quiet Eagle-Vail, just minutes from Avon, Beaver Creek, and Vail!
In the immaculately finished basement are four bedrooms. The first bedroom on the right has a king-size bed and attached shared bathroom. The next bedroom has one twin-size bed and is attached to the same shared bathroom. On the other side of the downstairs hallway is a similar layout with two other bedrooms, one with a king, the other with a full, each sharing another full bathroom. There are toys, video games, and a music and video library in the basement media room, not to mention the miniature wine fridge!
The master bedroom, quietly located upstairs, has a giant California king bed. The attached master bathroom has double sinks with makeup mirror, a steam shower, and an over-sized bath tub. At the back of the master bathroom is the entrance to the humongous walk-in closet.
One dog is more than welcome, though a nightly pet fee does apply. Also, please note that the home has an above-the-garage apartment occasionally used by the owner; while it shares a wall with the home itself, you will still enjoy complete privacy during your stay.
This luxurious vacation rental home has a comfortably over-sized kitchen that is ready to cook anything, from a frozen pizza to a Thanksgiving feast. Vaulted ceilings and a convenient gas fireplace make the living room spacious yet cozy. This home even has a two car garage so you won't have to break out the ice scraper in the morning!
The home is just 15 minutes to Vail Village, and less than four miles (10 minutes) from the Beaver Creek Centennial chairlift!
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
My husband, 2 children (and their spouses) and grandchildren (3 months and 15 months) spent the 2016 Thanksgiving week at 1233 Deer Blvd. It is a WONDERFUL house. The layout works really well for multiple generations--enough space for all. The house is very well apportioned with plenty of quality dishware, serving pieces, etc. We will definitely consider it for another holiday week in the future. A special thank you to the local property manager, Steve. We have a minor appliance issue our first morning there and Steve was on-site with a replacement and a box of English muffins within the hour!
Our family of 7 enjoyed this house. The house is right down the road from Beaver Creek and next to a park. Our kids enjoyed playing at the park every day. This house is close to all Vail Valley activities.
Large house that was able to hold our two families and dog! Huge master bedroom takes up the whole upstairs, the closet can actually be used as another bedroom with the air mattress. Everything you need is there or can be purchased at the nearby Super Walmart. Quiet beautiful neighborhood with park boardering the home. Would definitely stay again if we had another large group.
We stayed at the Tranquility house the last week in June and had a wonderful week. The house had all the necessary kitchen utensils and dishes needed to make wonderful dinners. The spacious living areas let people spread out and have their space while also allowing for great time together on the comfortable furniture. The location of the house was extremely convenient with easy access to Beaver Creek and Vail as well as to the I-70 corridor to reach Glenwood Canyon to the west and Frisco to the east. The shopping options were convenient in Avon. This really made Avon the right choice for our landing spot each night. Furniture and beds were comfortable. There were a few minor issues we had to deal with such as water seeping from a shower, but nothing that was not manageable. We truly felt at home in the house and were able to call this trip a rousing success, in large part because of this house. I truly recommend this house for families looking for a convenient and comfortable house to spend a vacation at.
Stayed at Tranquility House over spring vacation. Beautiful home, great location, quiet neighborhood!nhome was stocked with everything we needed and a huge Walmart is just 4 minutes away for last minute needs. Would definitely stay here again!
