Located just 450ft from the Sand and Strand and 2 blocks from Hermosa Pier makes this property the perfect location for enjoying all that the beautiful South Bay Los Angeles Beaches have to offer! There are so many activities at the beach and depending on the time of your visit you can enjoy concerts at the beach, volleyball or surf tournaments, local wild life and tons of shopping and fine or casual dining. This is a three bedroom two bath with gourmet kitchen and private balcony. You also have access to the upstairs furnished shared rooftop deck. There is also the option of renting the lower 2 bedroom 3 bath with separate kitchen when availability allows. The listing number for the lower unit is #410924. Hi, my name is Mary Jo Ayers. My husband and I lived in Hermosa Beach for 13 years and although we've been lucky to experience living in different parts of the country and even 7 years in Montreal, Canada our heart will always remain in Hermosa Beach! We enjoy all the time we are able to spend there and are excited to share it will others!

Love this place.
This was our second time here and can't wait to go back. Clean, comfortable and relaxing. Short walks to everything and plenty to do with all the beach amenities. Thank you again Mary Jo for being a great host!

Mary Jo is always available and responds immediately. She makes it easy to be here. We have grown to love Hermosa Beach and all it has to offer. This home is convenient to everything and we can walk or ride bikes to do anything we want. We are so lucky to be in a house that has so many amenities, a parking spot, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, an elevator , washer & dryer. bicycles ... the list goes on and on. Great location. Just steps from the beach and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Very nice place! Clean, nice amenities and comfortable. A great add was all of the beach items that were available. Chairs, toys, bikes, umbrellas, etc.

We loved this house so much; it actually became a part of our vacation! Everything exceeded our expectations and we could not have asked for anything more. The house is extremely clean, well kept, and beautifully decorated… we felt like we were at home. The kitchen is amazing and was stocked with more appliances and extras than we could ever use. (The elevator was a big hit!) We enjoyed our morning coffee on the Balcony or the Rooftop Deck and most evenings watched the sun set into the Ocean.
One of the best features is the location. A few steps to the Strand and the beach then a just few blocks to the Hermosa Pier and Pier Avenue. The owners were so accommodating and extremely nice.
We can’t rave about this house enough and look forward to returning.

Until confirmed, rates are subject to change. Rates may be higher or lower based on length of stay and time of year. Payment terms: Usually divided into 3 payments. 1st payment due now. 2nd payment due 30 days prior to check in. Final payment due 15 days prior to check in.Housekeeping covers a basic clean and laundering of linens and towels. It does not cover additional cleaning required to clean personal messes left behind by renters. The cost to cover additional cleaning requirements will be deducted from the $500 damage deposit. Any damages will be at the expense of the renter and deducted from the damage deposit. We do not offer refunds in the case of a cancellation unless the property can be re-rented. VRBO does offer travelers insurance.
