LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! The best location in town! 'Where Breckenridge meets the mountain', is the motto of The Village at Breckenridge Resort. A true SKI-IN/SKI-OUT resort! Go out the back door of the building and you are at the Quick Silver Lift on Peak 9. Go out the front door and you are only steps away from Historic Main Street with restaurants, bars and shops. Once you park your car in the heated garage, there will never be a need to move it!

This Breckenridge condo located in the Peak 9 Inn faces the ski slope and ski school. You can sit on the couch (inside our unit) and enjoy the breathtaking view of the ski runs. Watch the skiers come down the mountain or view how the kids are doing at ski school. Ski school drop-off is located across the courtyard from our building and is a short and easy walk ... even for the smallest of feet. Ski rental is located on the 1st floor of our building for your convenience. PERKS OF THIS SPECIFIC UNIT include:

• Check-in at the front desk in the lobby of our building. **NO offsite check-in required.**

• Excellent front desk services throughout your stay, staffed 24 hrs/day.

• Ski/snowboard storage at the front desk.

• FREE on-site shuttle service to anywhere within Breckenridge.

• FREE wi-fi.

• First Track's Friday ... access the mountain one hour before it opens to the general public with a valid lift ticket on select mornings mid December through the end of March.

As if the views and the special perks for this studio weren't incentive enough, this unit underwent a COMPLETE remodel. This unit now boasts all new tile throughout, new granite countertops, new carpet, new fixtures, new appliances, new furniture, new 40 inch HDTV, new extra-thick queen size sofa bed mattress and new KING SIZE bed/mattress and new bedding! You truly get the 5 STAR feeling!

The exterior of the entire resort was completely remodeled in 2011! Our building, the Village at Breckenridge Peak 9 Inn (previously referred to as the Liftside Inn or Liftside studios), underwent remodeling inside as well. On the first floor of the Peak 9 Inn there is a slope side indoor/outdoor swimming pool (pool towels provided), 4 hot tubs, sauna, steam room, fully equipped fitness room and locker rooms. There is a coin operated laundry facility down the hall (on the same floor as this unit).

The unit itself provides cable TV, DVD player and a small DVD library in the room for your viewing enjoyment as well as board games. The bathroom is made up of 3 separate rooms to accommodate multiple guests at one time. The kitchen has been well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. There is a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots and pans, pizza pan, crock pot, blender, grater, mixer, dishes, wine glasses, wine opener, coffee maker, toaster, cookie sheets, casserole dish, mixing bowls, serving bowls, can opener, utensils and more. Hopefully anything you can think of to complete your vacation!

Winter Activities: skiing, snowboarding, sledding, ice skating, snowmobiling, snow shoeing, sleigh rides and much more.

Summer Activities: biking, hiking, golf, horseback riding, fishing, white water rafting, Peak 8 activities (including Alpine slide, outdoor roller coaster, panning for gold, miniature golf, tubing in the summer, etc), scenic Gondola rides, as well as lots of activities along the river.

We have lived in Colorado for over 40 years and we absolutely love it. We have traveled to all the Colorado ski resorts and Breckenridge is definitely our favorite!

Why Gary and Kristina chose Breckenridge Area

Our family chose The Village at Breckenridge because of it's location. It is so close to town and yet still a ski-in/ski-out resort. The view is definitely what sold us on this specific unit, as it is just breathtaking to wake up to every morning. It truly has the best of everything!

What makes this condo unique

Everything is within walking distance ... skiing, restaurants, downtown, groceries, shopping!

We loved our stay in this cozy condo with the breathtaking view. The skiing and ski school was amazing. The town is absolutely adorable. So much to do in such a small town. The town reminds me of a Winter Wonderland/North Pole from books and movies. Thanks again for a great vacation. We will be back next year and every year after that.

ski get-away

Location is prime for Peak 9. We stayed 4 nights and we enjoyed everybit. The studio is setup great and has everything we needed. It worked great for our trip of 4 (My wife and I + our two young sons) as it is a cozy studio. I could see it being a little 'tight' on space if traveling with 4 adults. You just can not beat the location for easy ski easy access along with steps to the Main St shops and restaurants. The owners Gary and Kristina are very easy to work with and made the whole reservation process go smoothly.

Would recommend this rental.

Comfortable, convenient, great amenities!

I stayed in this property for 3 nights, and my daughter joined me for one of those nights. I did have a problem with the blinds not opening, but the owner got it fixed in time for me to at least have 1 day with the beautiful view. Main Street is within 2 blocks walking, and the chairlift for Peak 9 is a just a few steps away. There's a parking spot included in the price, and a ski valet for very convenient storage. 4 outdoor hot tubs and a heated indoor/outdoor pool as well. The king-sized bed is super comfy, and there's a pullout couch (although my daughter just slept on the couch without pulling it out). The room is fairly small, definitely roomy enough for 2 people, but it would be pretty tight for 4. Definitely doable, just tight. All in all, a great stay!

Great location!

My Girlfriend and I stayed in this room from 1/23/17 to 1/27/17 and we were delighted by the location of this room. It is about 40 yards from the Quicksilver lift.and has a breathtaking view of Peak 9 and Peak10. It is also right above Breck Sports where we rented and stored our skis.

We found the room in good condition and VERY CLEAN. My GF is a clean freak and a germaphobe so I was very relieved to find the room in such good condition. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bedding in good condition. The bathroom was a little tight but had plenty of hot water and strong water pressure. The kitchen had good appliances and everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch.

We went out for all of our dinners. Hearthstone, Briar Rose Chophouse and Michael's Italian were all very good but we thought the Blue River Bistro was the best. If you go to any of these restaurants make sure you get reservations. On Friday morning on our way back to the airport we ate breakfast at the Columbine Cafe. It was about a 20 minute wait but we'll worth it. On a nice evening all of these places were within walking distance from The Village. However, the nighttime temperature was below zero so we decided to drive. We pre-paid for the heated garage parking and for $17 per day it is worth the cost.

I have been skiing in Colorado many times over the years but this was only my GF's second ski trip. She took a one day group ski lesson on her previous visit. It was helpful but she was still in need of some quality training. So, this trip I bit the bullet and paid for a private lesson for her. The cost was about $800 for a day and more than I wanted to spend but I figured a good instructor would be worth the money. Also, if I didn't hire someone it would be up to me to try to teach her. Since I do not have the patience or the skill level and some would say my GF is a little high maintenance, I figured he would be earning his money. Her instructors name was Ted Amenta. He was professional and WOW was he patient. I was amazed how quickly she improved with his training and had fun doing it. She can now ski the green trails with confidence and is looking forward to next year to start on the blue trails.

We have already decided that we will return next year!

Renovated and quiet room- newly furnished in a slopeside property

The room (bathroom, kitchen et al) is newly furnished. It has great view of the slopeside, and is close to the stairs. Given the room is at level 2, one can run up and down to the lobby- assuming you are not in ski boots. The room is away from the stairs and is in quiet section of the building. During my stay the humidifier did not work and the reception got me a new one. Some other minor inconveniences, but overall a very pleasant stay. Restaurants and night life is right outside the Condo building. I bought heated indoor parking from the rental and it was very convenient. No issues, highly recommended.

Great location and very nice staff.

Absolutely loved our unit on the 2nd floor out the back of the resort with a gorgeous view of the slopes. Very few units with a King size bed and all the updates and many extras not listed. Loved the pool and jacuzzi area. The owner's of our condo were amazing. We had one small issue with parking and Gary & Kristina had it fixed in no time. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!!
