This Breckenridge condo located in the Peak 9 Inn faces the ski slope and ski school. You can sit on the couch (inside our unit) and enjoy the breathtaking view of the ski runs. Watch the skiers come down the mountain or view how the kids are doing at ski school. Ski school drop-off is located across the courtyard from our building and is a short and easy walk ... even for the smallest of feet. Ski rental is located on the 1st floor of our building for your convenience. PERKS OF THIS SPECIFIC UNIT include:
• Check-in at the front desk in the lobby of our building. **NO offsite check-in required.**
• Excellent front desk services throughout your stay, staffed 24 hrs/day.
• Ski/snowboard storage at the front desk.
• FREE on-site shuttle service to anywhere within Breckenridge.

• First Track's Friday ... access the mountain one hour before it opens to the general public with a valid lift ticket on select mornings mid December through the end of March.
As if the views and the special perks for this studio weren't incentive enough, this unit underwent a COMPLETE remodel. This unit now boasts all new tile throughout, new granite countertops, new carpet, new fixtures, new appliances, new furniture, new 40 inch HDTV, new extra-thick queen size sofa bed mattress and new KING SIZE bed/mattress and new bedding! You truly get the 5 STAR feeling!
The exterior of the entire resort was completely remodeled in 2011! Our building, the Village at Breckenridge Peak 9 Inn (previously referred to as the Liftside Inn or Liftside studios), underwent remodeling inside as well. On the first floor of the Peak 9 Inn there is a slope side indoor/outdoor swimming pool (pool towels provided), 4 hot tubs, sauna, steam room, fully equipped fitness room and locker rooms. There is a coin operated laundry facility down the hall (on the same floor as this unit).
The unit itself provides cable TV, DVD player and a small DVD library in the room for your viewing enjoyment as well as board games. The bathroom is made up of 3 separate rooms to accommodate multiple guests at one time. The kitchen has been well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. There is a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots and pans, pizza pan, crock pot, blender, grater, mixer, dishes, wine glasses, wine opener, coffee maker, toaster, cookie sheets, casserole dish, mixing bowls, serving bowls, can opener, utensils and more. Hopefully anything you can think of to complete your vacation!
Winter Activities: skiing, snowboarding, sledding, ice skating, snowmobiling, snow shoeing, sleigh rides and much more.
Summer Activities: biking, hiking, golf, horseback riding, fishing, white water rafting, Peak 8 activities (including Alpine slide, outdoor roller coaster, panning for gold, miniature golf, tubing in the summer, etc), scenic Gondola rides, as well as lots of activities along the river.
We have lived in Colorado for over 40 years and we absolutely love it. We have traveled to all the Colorado ski resorts and Breckenridge is definitely our favorite!

Our family chose The Village at Breckenridge because of it's location. It is so close to town and yet still a ski-in/ski-out resort. The view is definitely what sold us on this specific unit, as it is just breathtaking to wake up to every morning. It truly has the best of everything!
Everything is within walking distance ... skiing, restaurants, downtown, groceries, shopping!
We loved our stay in this cozy condo with the breathtaking view. The skiing and ski school was amazing. The town is absolutely adorable. So much to do in such a small town. The town reminds me of a Winter Wonderland/North Pole from books and movies. Thanks again for a great vacation. We will be back next year and every year after that.
We had an excellent experience with our rental and the facilities were excellent. I don't think that the location gets any better if you want to ski/snowboard and be close to all of the shops and restaurants. I definitely will recommend to friends.
The condo met or exceeded all of our expectations! The room was very nice and had a great view of Peak 9. Everything was in great shape and it had everything we needed. Quicksilver chairlift on Peak 9 was no more than a 5 minute walk from the room with a ticket window and rental office on the way. There was also restaurants and shops pretty close by. The pool and hot tub area was also very nice! The perfect place to stay to enjoy the mountain and the town!
Enjoyed our stay very much.. every thing was as it was discribed in the ad.. we look forward to staying here again.
Gary and Kristina were great to deal with and the condo was exactly what we needed for the long weekend. All staff was friendly , everything was clean and perfect location. Will stay here again :)
Excellent property at a prime location in the heart of Breck! The condo has all the amenities you could think of. Plus, the room includes a KING size bed, rare to find in Breck. Very clean room and quiet.
Loved the location and it was easy to drive to. Our room clean and staff at front desk was very personable. We had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!
