LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! The best location in town! 'Where Breckenridge meets the mountain', is the motto of The Village at Breckenridge Resort. A true SKI-IN/SKI-OUT resort! Go out the back door of the building and you are at the Quick Silver Lift on Peak 9. Go out the front door and you are only steps away from Historic Main Street with restaurants, bars and shops. Once you park your car in the heated garage, there will never be a need to move it!

This Breckenridge condo located in the Peak 9 Inn faces the ski slope and ski school. You can sit on the couch (inside our unit) and enjoy the breathtaking view of the ski runs. Watch the skiers come down the mountain or view how the kids are doing at ski school. Ski school drop-off is located across the courtyard from our building and is a short and easy walk ... even for the smallest of feet. Ski rental is located on the 1st floor of our building for your convenience. Other perks of this unit include:

• Check-in at the front desk in the lobby of our building. **NO offsite check-in required.

• Excellent front desk services throughout your stay, staffed 24 hrs/day.

• Ski/snowboard storage at the front desk.

• FREE on-site shuttle service to anywhere within Breckenridge.

• First Track's Friday ... access the mountain one hour before it opens to the general public with a valid lift ticket on select mornings mid December through the end of March.

As if the views and the perks for this studio weren't incentive enough, this unit underwent a COMPLETE remodel. This unit now boasts all new tile throughout, new granite countertops, new carpet, new fixtures, new appliances, new furniture, new 40 inch HDTV, new extra-thick queen size sofa bed mattress and new KING SIZE bed/mattress and new bedding! You truly get the 5 STAR feeling!

The exterior of the entire resort was completely remodeled in 2011! Our building, the Village at Breckenridge Peak 9 Inn (previously referred to as the Liftside Inn or Liftside studios), underwent remodeling inside as well. On the first floor of the Peak 9 Inn there is a slope side indoor/outdoor swimming pool (pool towels provided), 4 hot tubs, sauna, steam room, fully equipped fitness room and locker rooms. There is a coin operated laundry facility down the hall (on the same floor as this unit).

The unit itself provides cable TV, DVD player and a small DVD library in the room for your viewing enjoyment as well as board games. The bathroom is made up of 3 separate rooms to accommodate multiple guests at one time. The kitchen has been well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. There is a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots and pans, pizza pan, crock pot, blender, grater, mixer, dishes, wine glasses, wine opener, coffee maker, toaster, cookie sheets, casserole dish, mixing bowls, serving bowls, can opener, utensils and more. Hopefully anything you can think of to complete your vacation!

Winter Activities: skiing, snowboarding, sledding, ice skating, snowmobiling, snow shoeing, sleigh rides and much more.

Summer Activities: biking, hiking, golf, horseback riding, fishing, white water rafting, Peak 8 activities (including Alpine slide, outdoor roller coaster, panning for gold, miniature golf, tubing in the summer, etc), scenic Gondola rides, as well as lots of activities along the river.

We have lived in Colorado for over 40 years and we absolutely love it. We have traveled to all the Colorado ski resorts and Breckenridge is definitely our favorite!

Why Gary and Kristina chose Breckenridge Area

Our family chose The Village at Breckenridge because of it's location. It is so close to town and yet still a ski-in/ski-out resort. The view is definitely what sold us on this specific unit, as it is just breathtaking to wake up to every morning. It truly has the best of everything!

What makes this studio unique

Everything is within walking distance ... skiing, restaurants, downtown, groceries, shopping!

We loved our stay in this cozy condo with the breathtaking view. The skiing and ski school was amazing. The town is absolutely adorable. So much to do in such a small town. The town reminds me of a Winter Wonderland/North Pole from books and movies. Thanks again for a great vacation. We will be back next year and every year after that.

Great location. Easy acess to lifts. Unit is perfect for two. Nicely appointed and well equipped. Thanks for having a humidifier!

Christina's communication during booking and prior to arrival was a nice touch. I've been skiing for 40 years. I've learned that location, location, location makes your skiing vacation most enjoyable.

Nice but not great view

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. It wasn't fully cleaned (dust on tv and chest) but it was fine. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars (besides the little bit of dust) was that the view wasn't great. It looks out over the roof.

Great stay. Great skiing.

Our family of 4 had a great time skiing at Breck! This place is all about location. 100yds to the lift, 100yds to Main Street. Kitchen was great for having breakfast and hitting the slopes. Hot tubs for the sore legs. A little tight for 4 persons luggage (we put them under the sinks), but small price to pay for all the positives. Thanks Gary & Kristina!

P.S. When we needed the garbage taken out and towels replenished, we just asked the front desk. Easy.

P.P.S. Only disappointment was the parking. Led to believe valet parking was free, underground had a daily fee. When we checked in, was told it was $20/day either way, so took parking garage. Upon checkout, was billed $30/day and while apologized for the confusion, they did not reduce it.

I've visited Breck quite a few times and have stayed in everything from high end homes to budget condos. It's hard to find a better deal than this unit. It was the perfect fit for the two nights my fiance and I were traveling through. The room was as described and very comfortable, the building staff was great, hotubs/pool were awesome. Both the ski slopes and the town are a stones throw from the building. And most importantly, the Blue Moose (must visit breakfast spot) is a 2 minute walk down the street...would definitely recommend this unit to a single or couple.

Absolutely perfect !

This is a true ski in ski out unit located at the base of Peak 9 in the Village at Breckenridge. Although privately owned, the unit is managed through the front desk of Peak 9 Inn, making key pickup and drop off, or requests for extra towels or other stay necessities very convenient. The room is completely redone, modernized and is absolutely first class down to every detail. The view includes a Western view of all the mountains including spectacular sunsets that fill the room with sun in the winter. Ski school for the kids within direct line of sight - very entertaining. The King bed and pull out sofa were both very comfortable. The pool and hot tubs were very warm, which is terrific. The onsite ski valet was so convenient. The free shuttle was first come first served or came within minutes every time. Within walking distance are fabulous restaurants and shopping. Take your roller suitcase to the downtown market a couple of blocks away to haul your groceries back, or just use the free shuttle back and forth to City Market, further away. This unit and process is exactly everything that VRBO is cracked up to be - in sum - a perfect place to stay in Breck ! !

Had a great time

My wife and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary and her birthday while we stayed here. It was great! Clean, comfortable, cozy, close to everywhere we wanted to go in Breck. I recommend!
