Our newly remodeled condo features granite counter tops, a romantic easy start fireplace, plush carpeting, 2 New LCD TVs, gorgeous views of the ski slopes and all the comforts of home that you'd never get at a hotel. The condo has a living room and separate bedroom, and sleeps 4 comfortably (2 in the bedroom and 2 on the sofa sleeper in the living room). There is also a dining area and kitchen with all the cooking utensils/pots/pans you need to make yourself comfortable. Our large bathroom also features an oversize jetted tub.
Our condo is located in Copper Chase, a ski-out complex right on the Pioneer lift slopes of the Navajo side of the mountain. The condo has elevator access and is in the main lodge building, just steps from the swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room and saunas. The condo boasts underground heated parking to keep your car warm and out of the snow. There are also coin-op laundry facilities on site.
UPDATE FOR THE 2013-2014 SKI SEASON: Brian Head ski resort no longer sells transferrable ski passes, so rental of this condo no longer includes the use of ski passes.
We love the outdoors and are excited to share our condo so that others may enjoy hiking and skiing in the beautiful mountains! This is our first year in Brian Head, and we have loved the beauty every time we have been up there!
Celeste Beck purchased this condo in 2012
If you are looking for fun after a day of skiing, this is the place for you. The condo is in the same building as the pool, jacuzzi, game tables, office area and common area. You literally only need to walk down (or take the elevator) the indoor stairs to get to the indoor pool/jacuzzi area where towels are supplied. There are men's and women's locker rooms with saunas. There is an underground parking garage as well. We stayed with two adults and two children. There is one bedroom and one bathroom, pull out sofa. The host was great to work with and refunded our deposit promptly, which we are always appreciative of. We would stay here again without hesitation.
You can get to the beginner mountain from the condo, but we had to walk (about 10 min) to the more advanced mountain because the shuttle didn't pick up or took too long (over 30 min) to pick up. Fortunately, it was an easy walk. After waiting for the shuttle after skiing and there not being enough room, I started walking back. Another shuttle picked me up at the bottom of the road (Ridgeway), which was nice and the guy driving the shuttle was super accommodating.
The condo was what we needed, but the heater in the bedroom clicked on/off during the night waking my husband and I up.
We have a 3.5 year old and the indoor pool was perfect for entertaining her.
First time at Brian Head and well worth the trip from Southern CA. Celeste provided all the comforts of home including a well stocked kitchen & bath, memory foam mattresses, 2 TVs, and plenty of seating. The view from the bedroom looks out to the back of the property where the kids were sled riding and I can watch them from inside! There is an indoor pool and jacuzzi but I especially liked the heated garage and elevator (where you can unpack your gear and take the elevator up the 2nd floor). We did leave our skis/snowboard in the car because the ski out area was right next to it. Overall I highly recommend staying at this condo and would definitely come back.
First time to Brianhead. Condo was great location to Navajo mountain. Ski out to slopes, but you have to walk a little to get back in. Loved the parking garage, very close to pool. Condo has everything from extra paper towel, toilet paper, washing powder, and all bath room toiletries. All you need to bring is your food. I recommend stopping before you get there. There are 2 stores on the mountain but limited to what they have. The korner Kafe had great breakfast, the pizza place has good pizza but wings and garlic knots tasted microwaved and were brought out to table too fast to be freshly made. The last chair saloon was closed the two times we tried to go even though the sign said they were suppose to be open. So we cooked in condo more than we had planned (bring food)
George's ski rental- great friendly people. We even had to return skis early due to husband hurting knee and they gave me my money back! If weather is bad you MUST have chains or 4 wheel drive to get up mountain. 9 miles of cork screw roads, you will not make it without them. Thankfully for us the roads were fine (it was in the 40-50's) but I'm serious nobody can make that drive without the proper car. Brianhead great little resort, condo had everything we needed!!
This condo was just as advertised. The proximity to the ski hill prevented us from driving anywhere. In fact, we would stop in for lunch. Very affordable and comfortable. We also didn't realize it was turnkey. They also left coupons for equipment rental which we used.
This one bedroom condo in Brian Head was just as described. Very clean, cozy and well maintained. It is well appointed with granite and very nice appliances. The TVs were new and made for enjoyable viewing. The "fireplace" heater is a nice touch. The underground garage was a winner as we were there for a major storm. The condo is close to Navajo Lodge and it's an easy walk over to an access lift. It's isn't ski-in, but we were aware of this and didn't find it a problem.
Thank so much for sharing your lovely condo. We look forward to staying there again.
