Needs a lot of work in several areas.
The place needs revamped and updated. Paint...plaster....carpet in bedroom is gross. Some new clean lamp shades and curtains would be a big plus. Also, put some basics in there! There's no way to clean up after yourself even if you wanted to. The patio door was a mess, but no window cleaner to work with. So much for my great ocean view! There's no dish pan or drainer. Makes that task difficult. The silverware was just ok, but cooking utensils were less than minimal. No ice cube trays! And I believe there should be more than 3 towels for two people for 7 days, not to mention the quality of them. The bathroom door is not hung properly, a pain to deal with. And last, but certainly not least, I had to clean up a dead 2" bug and separate legs in two different rooms. But the place was cleaned for my arrival! I was not at ease for the entire trip. This place was a big disappointment. I'm just as disappointed that there's no security deposit refund. Apparently they built that into to humongous paperwork. We stayed at another one of your properties in February, same location, and had a wonderful time! This condo could have potential with an overhaul and a new cleaning crew! Unfortunately, I am skeptical about using VRBO again. And definitely not this condo!

Rental VRBO Unit was clean, but needed updating. Resort was nice. Paid for a midweek cleaning and they said they would bring towels and bag of supplies for that. I pitched a fit and said that was not cleaning! Finally they sent someone to change sheets and sweep.

Disgusting. Nasty condo, nasty resort.
We had a terrible experience with this particular condo. It was very dirty, the carpets were absolutely disgusting. There were holes in the wall in the bathroom across from the shower. Mold in the bathroom on the ceiling along with poop splatter on the wall behind the toilet. The pools and elevators in the resort were dirty. Don't expect the rental company y to take care of anything. They sent cleaners out twice and it was still nasty and I ended up cleaning the poop splatter. Not worth the money and not worth the frustration. I can't stress how terrible our experience was enough. We asked for a partial refund so we could leave 4 days early and it wasn't granted. We asked for a different condo and it wasn't granted. Just awful.
