Great spot for a Denver Vacation
Clean, well appointed home. Close to downtown, parks and neighborhood amenities.
Chris was responsive on addressing the one request we had.
I’d happily stay here on future travel.
Great location and large family spaces.
Location was great, and the property was nice. Main floor had a nice area for congregating, and off-street parking which can be hard to find in the area. The stairs were a bit steep for our kids (2 and 4), but the owner had baby gates available which really helped. The owner was very nice and helpful, and even shoveled the walkways during our stay when it snowed. The fridge and pantry had some nice basics (and some great CO beers). The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. There is only one bathroom, which is upstairs, but it is a good size. We would stay here again.
The property was so clean but also comfortable. Outdoor spaces was so nice.
In a great area of Denver . Can walk to anything you desire. Historians .. beer and sunset over the Rockies. Overt is also a fantastic find for breakfast. Chris was there if you neeed to ask anything but you always felt welcome to use everything. We barbqued one evening and spent mornings on the patio watching the daybreak with coffee. Plenty of room to spread out . All new appliances. We will stay here next time in Denver.
Very well decorated, quiet neighborhood
Great house, has everything you need, grill, fire pit, laundry machine. Chris is very friendly and very helpful.
