I am the manager for the owner. She is a very busy attorney here in Winter Park. I am a life-long resident of Winter Park for over 50 years, and property manager for almost 30 of those. I am a real estate professional. Together, we are happy to share our wonderful town with you.
Margie Bridges, property manager purchased this bungalow in 2000
This property was purchsed out of a love of Winter Park and its charm. Bungalows are a favorite architectural style that are 'endangered', yet are so easy to live in. Winter Park has lovely 1920's neighborhoods once filled with these homes, that now need protection and are deserving of the respect that they once enjoyed. This home was purchased to assist in preserving and maintaining the charm of 'olde Winter Park' for others to enjoy. It is convenient to all the parks, lakes, shopping, museums, restaurants, sport activities, and colleges that Winter Park enjoys. The owner and her family wish to share it with others.
This bungalow is sunny and bright and beautifully appointed with all the modern conveniences the traveller will expect. It is centrally located in residential neighborhood so that walking is often preferable to get to fine dining and Winter Park theater. Rollins College is also within walking distance, yet the quiet neighborhood where we are located is convenient to the Winter Park Village and major shopping. The mature landscaping, the private patio affords the traveller with peace and tranquility, yet the ability to enjoy the culture and history that makes Winter Park special.
A wonderful experience. Not a thing was missing. Everything was perfect. Margie is the perfect host. She made sure our stay lacked nothing.
Just the perfect light filled space! Comfortable and beautifully decorated...
Everything you need and more to enjoy yourself!
The Bungalow has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Nothing is missing! The natural light is fantastic! The location is great and convenient for morning walks. There are many amenities within walking or short driving distance. Beautifully appointed and spacious.
It is just perfect!
My husband and I spent a week in the Orlando area (June, 2015) to meet our first grandchild and help the new family out. Coming home each evening to the Bungalow was the best respite from our busy days helping with a newborn. The light in the main room is beautiful - and the photos reflect the reality of the beauty of the decorating. The bedroom is cool and comfortable. We had our "new" family over for their first outing with the baby and everything I needed to prepare dinner was at hand. With a grocery store within walking distance this location was perfect for us. We will be back! Just plain excellent.
We just stayed just over 1 week at the Bungalow and it was just perfect, the place feels much larger then the pictures which was a pleasant surprise. We loved everything and the place is perfectly stocked with all the kitchen items you need as well as cleaning supplies, sheets, towels etc. It really made our vacation strafer. We would definitely stay here again.
This bungalow is beautiful. The entire place is decorated beautifully with high end upgrades everywhere. Margie was so accommodating. We had such a great Thanksgiving holiday. The bungalow is close to Park Ave. and historic Winter Park.
