Contemporary 2 bed maisonette on 2 floors

Described as the flying maisonette, occupying a superb position in the heart of Knightsbridge. It has been recently refurbished and new to the market. Has a refreshingly light reception room enjoying a lovely south-facing outlook over Rutland St with its french character houses and part of the Montpelier village. Flat screen TV with many channels, DVD & Wi-Fi. Sleek and fully fitted white gloss kitchen. In between a 6x dining table. All open plan on first floor with guest cloakroom. On the second floor we have 2 bedrooms master with kingsize bed and second with 2 single beds ,both with built in cupborads. Modern bathroom with 24hr hot water and bath. It has been decorated with 50's and 60's in mind but keeping attention to comfort and elegance. It was a labour of love by owner and attention to detail was a priority and joy. Having its own private entrance is a true luxury in this area.

Comfortable, clean and cozy!

My colleague and I shared this maisonette during the first week of December 2016.The apartment was difficult for the cab driver to find - it cost £25 from Paddington Station when we arrived and £13 when we departed by Uber. Note: Use Uber when in London the drivers KNOW where they are going!

The location was delightful and the space comfortable. Shops, restaurants and Harrod's were just a few steps from the front door.

I would definitely book with Nadin again. She was most helpful in dropping off a additional hairdryer.

One issue remains - I requested a receipt for the £100 cleaning charge and have yet to receive it - I am certain it is just an oversight on Nadin's part.

Uber does operate here and its cheaper , but surprised the first driver couldn't find it easily ,maybe a new driver or because its in a cul d sac. but as you know post code here is key. Perfect size, location and amenities!

We could not have been more pleased with this quaint little apartment nestled in a quiet nook in the middle of an incredible London neighborhood. 2 blocks from Harrods, 2 blocks from Hyde Park and surrounded by restaurants, shopping and museums in a beautiful part of the city, yet situated on a surprisingly silent street. My wife and I and our 2 girls (ages 2 and 5) stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect for us. Bedrooms are upstairs so my wife and I could enjoy tv and hanging out in the living area at night without disturbing the girls. Hotel-like amenities like shampoo, soaps, fresh towels, etc were also provided (a very nice touch). Nadine was very kind and flexible with key dropoff times, which was very helpful as we were traveling in and out from other countries. We would highly recommend this apartment and would stay there again ourselves. Thanks Nadine!

Perfect house in pefect location!

The house was perfect for our needs, providing a cozy living space, cable TV, wireless internet, a well stocked kitchen, and a separate bedroom for our children. The location was about as perfect as you can get - easy walking distance to museums, restaurants, Hyde Park, and Brompton Road shopping yet far enough off the main streets to be quiet respite at night. Nadine was a great host and always provided a very prompt response to any questions during booking and our stay.

Location! Location! and Location! describes this unique first and second floor flying maisonette. An absolute hidden gem. Tucked away within the quiet Montpelier village yet in the heart of Knightsbridge, opposite (door 9!) Harrods. This place benefits from the privacy afforded by its own front door. From the window in living room, to the north is Harrods, strolling through the cobbled street to the right you get to the Brompton Oratory and the V&A museum. Straight onto Exhibition Road exactly facing Science Museum, Imperial College and to its left the Natural History Museum. Right you have the Royal Albert Hall offering performances year round. Behind you and through 3 pathways you get to Hyde Park with all its facilities. The area is surrounded by many fashionable boutiques and elegant eateries. Mayfair and the West End are within easy reach. Knightsbridge and South Kensington underground stations are round the corner direct link to Heathrow airport as well as many busses. Its your London haven. Walking distance to Sloane St with its famous international boutiques starting with Harvey Nichols leading to trendy Kings Road with its character shops, antiques and restaurants.
