Contemporary 2 bed maisonette on 2 floors

Described as the flying maisonette, occupying a superb position in the heart of Knightsbridge. It has been recently refurbished and new to the market. Has a refreshingly light reception room enjoying a lovely south-facing outlook over Rutland St with its french character houses and part of the Montpelier village. Flat screen TV with many channels, DVD & Wi-Fi. Sleek and fully fitted white gloss kitchen. In between a 6x dining table. All open plan on first floor with guest cloakroom. On the second floor we have 2 bedrooms master with kingsize bed and second with 2 single beds ,both with built in cupborads. Modern bathroom with 24hr hot water and bath. It has been decorated with 50's and 60's in mind but keeping attention to comfort and elegance. It was a labour of love by owner and attention to detail was a priority and joy. Having its own private entrance is a true luxury in this area.

Perfect London Hide-Away

I was happy to spend 4 nights/5 days at this very convenient Mews flat with my two teenage sons. The flat is small but functional, with all the necessary cooking and digital connections. Great TV and WiFi was essential to our pleasant stay. Lots of light and lots of windows that open made for an AC free stay (great). Very convenient 2 block walk to Brompton Road and Harrods and the Knightsbridge tube stop. Very quiet neighborhood and very safe and pleasant walking in all directions. Nadine is very easy to email with and communication was very easy with her. For a 3-4 person group, this is a very nice alternative to equally proved hotels. We enjoyed our problem free stay and would return.

Fantastic property, great location, well appointed

This is a fantastic property, even better than it looks in the photos. Easy walk to two Underground stops, buses, restaurants, grocery store, and shopping. Well appointed with everything you need. Very clean, light and bright, nice furnishings and bedding, and pretty quiet for an urban setting. The owner met us at arrival, showed us around and was available if there were any questions or concerns.

great location. neat and tidy flat.

Very central location. Very quiet but still close to sights and activities. Property could use a few small cosmetic fixes. All appliances worked as needed. Features and location as advertised and Nadine really helpful meeting us on site after we were delayed arriving from the airport.

excellent apartment

This was a first rate rental. perfectly clean, exactly as described, and a quiet and convenient location. Close to museums and transportation. We will definitely be back and would recommend it to all our friends.

Wonderful location and very helpful owner - highly recommend!

The flat was absolutely perfect for us – so comfortable and we couldn’t imagine a better location! It was a quiet respite yet just a few blocks in either direction to Harrod's or the museum area. Nadine was wonderful to work with from start to finish. She and Anya helped us out tremendously with both with the babysitting and when we locked ourselves out – don’t know what we would have done without their quick and helpful response. It was a perfect first trip to London with our daughter and we hope to be back many times in the future!

Beautiful apartment, great location

The apartment is in a great location. Easy walk to 2 tube stations, to bus, Harrod's and Natural History and V&A museums. Plenty of restaurants as well as markets to buy food to stock the fridge for preparing your own meals. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of four. Small but well equipped kitchen. Nice updated bath upstairs and half bath downstairs. Quality bedding and towels and bathroom rugs. Comfortable and clean, and far enough off the main street to be quiet and peaceful. A very nice neighborhood. A comfortable pleasant place to stay in a great city. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Location! Location! and Location! describes this unique first and second floor flying maisonette. An absolute hidden gem. Tucked away within the quiet Montpelier village yet in the heart of Knightsbridge, opposite (door 9!) Harrods. This place benefits from the privacy afforded by its own front door and designated garage space. From the window in living room, to the north is Harrods, strolling through the cobbled street to the right you get to the Brompton Oratory and the V&A museum. Straight onto Exhibition Road exactly facing Science Museum, Imperial College and to its left the Natural History Museum. Right you have the Royal Albert Hall offering performances year round. Behind you and through 3 pathways you get to Hyde Park with all its facilities. The area is surrounded by many fashionable boutiques and elegant eateries. Mayfair and the West End are within easy reach. Knightsbridge and South Kensington underground stations are round the corner direct link to Heathrow airport as well as many busses. Its your London haven. Walking distance to Sloane St with its famous international boutiques starting with Harvey Nichols leading to trendy Kings Road with its character shops, antiques and restaurants.
