Wonderful house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Biltmore Lake House! The views from the front porch are beautiful and the inside of the house does not disappoint either. We are already planning our return.

We stayed here for my sister's bachelorette party and it was absolutely ideal. Beth was a pleasure to work with and responded promptly to all inquiries. We will definitely be visiting again!

Perfect get away home

  • 5 of 5

The Biltmore Lake House was the perfect place for our girls trip to Asheville. There was more than enough room for the four of us, and the home could have easily accommodated more. It was so relaxing coming back after an adventure filled day of zip lining or white water rafting to relax by the pool or sit on the rocking chairs on the deck. We enjoyed eating outdoors and enjoying the warm breezes. The lake trails offered us the opportunity to take leisurely strolls to look at the beautiful neighborhood. There is plenty of room in the house to gather and enjoy each other's company. The amenities were some of the best that we have seen in a rental home. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Downtown Asheville is a quick drive away. The few minor issues that we did experience were taken care of immediately. We would definitely recommend this property.

Great for Girls weekend getaway

  • 5 of 5

Beautiful, comfortable home with gorgeous views! We took a 10 minute cab ride to Asheville each day we were there with no commuting issues whatsoever. Plenty of room to relax or be active- The view from the porch rocking chairs was fantastic. The trails around the lake were easy to follow. We'll definitely be back when it's warm enough to use the pool!

We came into town for my sister's baby shower. We had 2 families and children to accommodate and this house was perfect!!! There was so much usable space, multiple bathrooms, perfect bedroom set-ups, large kitchen and dining room, and a fenced in yard for the kids. It never felt crowded and was comfortable from the start. The home itself was immaculate and gorgeous with a beautiful view of the lake. The beds were extremely comfortable as well! My only regret about renting this house was that we couldn't stay longer!!! We will most likely rent it again when we come back to town when the baby is born! Absolutely thrilled with this home!

Great way to start New Year 2016

  • 5 of 5

Our family had our annual Christmas/New Year vacation and stayed at the Biltmore Lake House. It was a wonderful experience. All the usual expectations with paper products, kitchen supplies, etc. was above what we normally get with a house rental. They even supply coffee and tea. The house itself is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch and having such great scenery to look at with the lake right across the street. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It is only a 15 minute drive to Asheville and has very easy access to the interstate. We are looking forward to booking this house again in the summer to take advantage of the swimming pool. I would recommend this house to anyone with a large group that wants to be close to the city but not too close.
