The lower level conveniently offers 1 large bedroom with Queen bed + bath and 1 bedroom with twin beds + bath as well as the entrance to a one-car private garage. Upstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen, the dining area and the living room all elegantly furnished and giving access to a deck with BBQ. The Master bedroom (King bed) + bath is located on the upper level floor with direct access to a private deck with beautiful views on the hill. All bedrooms have their own TV.
The condo provides all the elements you could hope for a warm winter vacation: cozy fireplace, flat screen TV with HDTV and blu-ray, soaring ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen where the cook lovers will be able to enjoy all the essentials to prepare the best meals.
Luxurious bedding and towels are provided for your comfort, as well as shower gel and shampoo.

My husband and I come from the South of France and have grown up skiing and snowboarding in the Alps. We now live in Los Angeles and come up to Mammoth Lakes every other weekend with our 5-year old daughter and our 15-months baby girl.

As soon as you will step into that property, you will instantly fell like home. You will love everything about it, its interior and openness, the amount of sun you will be getting throughout the day, and its quiet location and beautiful views.
My wife and I were not familiar with the Snow Creek development, nor were we familiar with that side of town. We were pleasantly surprised. The cabin itself was very impressive. I was pleased to see that it was well maintained and apportioned with items that I assume you would use during your stays. Many individuals that rent their vacation homes usually appoint the residence with second hand items such as the china, silverware, linen, etc…, but not yours. Even little details like the gate to protect little ones, booster chair for little ones, play station, flat screen in every room that actually works were a testament of the pride you take in your own residence.

My family spent a week in July at this wonderful Snowcreek V condo. We couldn't have been more pleased with this top notch home. Caroline was responsive to inquiries, the condo was immaculate (and I am extremely particular), the furnishing upscale and very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans in good condition and plentiful (the best we have found in our 30+ years of renting Mammoth condos). We appreciated the great propane bbq on the porch. Due to food allergies in the family, we dine out only rarely so the kitchen was extremely important to us and this condo made it easy for us to cook great meals (freshly caught trout, of course!). Parking was easy and, although we did not use the garage, it would be very nice to have in the winter for both parking and equipment storage.
Snowcreek V is in a quiet area and we had no neighbors during our stay so it felt very private.
The wind can be quite fierce thru the area, but the weather was quite warm for Mammoth so the great "air flow" was very welcome. Although the home is in a quiet area, it is only a 10-15 minute walk (or even shorter drive) to the golf course, the meadow/Mammoth Creek, restaurants, Vons, and shopping. The lakes, hiking and biking trails are a short drive away.
We appreciated the "no shoes" and "no pets" n the condo - it keeps the home so much cleaner. We have stayed in many, very nice condos, but always, the carpets were filthy. Not so at this condo and I applaud housekeeping, Caroline's meticulous upkeep of her condo and guests' willingness to abide by the "no shoes" policy. Thanks to all!

We stayed for a week for a summer getaway, and loved this place. It's clean, well-stocked with kitchen supplies and entertainment, and very tastefully decorated. There's a ton to do in Mammoth and up and down the 395, and it's less than an hour to Yosemite's eastern entrance, so there is no shortage of things to do and places to go. Hopefully we'll be back again next year!
I booked this place the night before when I heard that snow was hitting Mammoth. I was with 3 fellow guy friends and the place was PERFECT. Super clean, plenty of space, a great kitchen, and an awesome location nearby the mountain and town. ALSO, it has shared access to a community hot tub, which was lovely (though could have been just a tad warmer ;). And mgmt was super friendly and helpful (thanks Caroline!).
Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for an awesome Mammoth getaway.
What a gorgeous, comfortable and beautifully decorated condo! The kitchen was equipped with anything you possibly could need. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated with clean, nice linens. The owner couldn't have been any nicer and accommodating with everything. This end unit has spectacular views from almost every window. We would definitely recommend this condo and I can't wait to come back soon!

townhome. We hopefully will bring a couple of family members in the future and will always hope this home is available. Everything was absolutely perfect.
