Located in the heart of Keystone’s River Run Village, only yards from the Gondola and the Summit Express lift and steps away from Keystone’s best shopping, dining and night life. If you’re looking for a vacation home where you’ll be close to everything, this is the place for you!

Our unit is one of the largest 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos in River Run, blending mountain decor with a contemporary flare. As new property owners, your comfort is our priority. We recently added brand new super comfy mattresses and bedding, living room furniture (including a leather sectional sofa with a queen sized sleeper), new stainless steel appliances, a large flat screen TV, trendy curtains, fresh paint, new hardwood flooring throughout and ceiling fans in each bedroom (our property is now the "coolest" in River Run Village :-) ). Enjoy comfort, style and, location.

Take advantage of the underground heated parking and clubhouse amenities consisting of a steam room, hot tub, private pool (Expedition Station is the only building in River Run with a private heated pool, open year round), laundry facilities (one shared on every floor), pool table, fitness center, outdoor kids play area with a climbing boulder, miniature golf course and the new Dercum Square Ice Rink right around the corner. Other amenities include a ski locker (in the lobby) elevator, free WiFi, cable and an outdoor charcoal grill near the pool.

-Children are welcome.

-Pets are NOT allowed.

-Smoking is not permitted.

-Only 6 people are allowed in the unit unless prior consent is given from the property owners.

-Master bedroom has a King bed with bathroom in suite.

-Second bedroom has a Queen bed.

-There is a full guest bathroom off the main hallway.

-The leather sectional in the living room has a Queen size sofa bed.

About Jason & Cortney

We resided in the Denver area for over 12 years. After moving to California, we decided we needed our 'Colorado fix' and purchased a condo for our family and others to enjoy.

Although we loved many things about living in CA, we were recently blessed with a job opportunity that landed us back in the Denver area. We are excited to be able to use our place more often.

Why Jason & Cortney chose Summit County Colorado

We love to ski and ride and have always enjoyed Keystone Mountain. Keystone is one of the most family friendly and largest ski resort in Summit County.

In our quest to find the perfect location, we fell in love with River Run Village and Expedition Station. The close proximity to many shops, restaurants, activities, and the gondola made this an easy decision. We enjoy being able to roll out of bed and walk to a coffee shop or take an evening stroll to shop and dine at one of our favorite restaurants.

Our kids like the private pool, playground, the Summer Kids Festivals, miniature golf course, ice-skating rink, snow tubing hill, snow castle, frequent gondola rides and the Ice Cream Shop in the Village. :-)

What makes this condo unique

We chose our condo over others in the area as we wanted a location close to everything, a building with it's own amenities, a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit to accommodate our family and more space, so the extra square footage of our corner unit was ideal. Needless to say, we thoroughly enjoy our new place and hope you do too!

Keystone is the largest resort in Summit County and has many fabulous year-round activities. Keystone is a top rated ski resort that has been rated one of the top family friendly resorts, best terrain park, best ski lifts, and has the best snowmaking ability.

During the summer months, the area is renowned for its challenging mountain golf courses. There are miles and miles of paved bike paths, single-track mountain bike trails, hiking trails, not to mention stream, lake fishing and sailing on beautiful Lake Dillon.

Keystone's night-skiing is the largest operation of its type in North America with 17 lighted trails over 235 acres. Hop on the Gondola, watch the sunset and get in a few more runs under the lights!

Keystone Resort also boasts the largest Zamboni-maintained outdoor ice rink in North America (5 acres). Plus, there are many other wintertime outdoor activities to enjoy including dinner in a cabin in the woods, romantic horse drawn sleigh rides, a lighted tubing hill, cross-country skiing, mountain top snowcat tours, snowshoeing, ice fishing, dog sledding, ice skating, monthly moonlight tours for cross-country skiers and snowmobiling. The entertainment options are abundant!

Explore multiple ski resorts on one ticket as Keystone is situated between Arapahoe Basin and Breckenridge. A Keystone 3-day or more lift ticket is valid at Keystone, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, Vail and Beaver Creek.

Note: If you wish to explore other parts of Summit County (e.g. Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne), the free Summit Stage shuttle picks up in front of the building.

Great property but noisy time/ condo location

Stayed here with the family in July. Property is conveniently located to everything in the village. However, I wouldn't agree it's in "the heart" of the villiage. It's situated near one the ends of the villiage.

Additionally, the unit, itself, is on the far front corner of the property. The unit was clean, well furnished, comfortable, and obviously well maintained. Owners were very responsive to texts / minor questions we had during our stay.

As mentioned, the unit is on the end of the building. Unfortunately, this end sees a lot of car/ truck traffic as folks enter the villiage. Additionally, there are more condos currently being built directly across the street from this unit. Obviously that process makes a ton of noise.

Given we had the windows open most of the time we were in the condo, we were unable to sleep in at all during our stay. Sometimes the crew started as early as 6:30 AM. Not my idea of a relaxing vacation. Building takes place all day, and the noise really made it unpleasant to be in the condo for any length of time.

So, if your timing is right, maybe you won't have an issue with the noise. The condo and property are nice, and the building location is good. Just maybe bring some earplugs and hope the new construction across the street is complete by the time your stay begins.

Just wish someone would've given us a heads up on the noise before our stay - probably wouldn't have chosen this particular unit/ location if we were aware.

Owner's Response: We apologize for the construction noise across the street. Thankfully the new condo construction is nearly complete. Our building is typically very quiet in comparison to those in the center of the village as we don't have daily festival, concert or restaurant noise. We stayed just a few weeks ago and didn't notice the construction noise, but we were also out and about most of the day. We greatly appreciate your feedback and will warn future renters about potential early morning and daytime construction noise. To clarify our location to future renters: Our building is less than 100 yards (1 block) from restaurant area of the village and is about 175 yards from the gondola. Our building (Expedition Station) is considered one of the main buildings in River Run Village as it has it's own amenities (pool, hot tub and parking garage) and is next to the ice skating rink and Kidtopia headquarters. Many of the other buildings share amenities. There are only a total of 6 condo buildings in River Run Village and Expedition Station (our building) is one of them.

Excellent Cabin-like Location, Perfection

The owners were easily acessible and soooo sweet when I had to contact them for a question. The condo is gorgeous and literally had everything we could have ever needed. We were so pleased with our stay, we will definitely be coming back to this property in the future. Thanks Cortney and Jason for helping make our mountain adventures memorable!
